Great video guys You guys are great Keep em in the woods Dad👍👍👍 It is a great pleasure to watch your videos and know that you also will pass this tradition to your children 👍
Awesome shots man, but ur right u can eat them year round, might go shooting this weekend when I go home back to Az .. like I comment in the last video it’s fun and enjoyable with the fam and kids .. keep up the good videos
Man I live in vegas and I've never knew you could hunt in nevada good stuff bro anything that has to do with guns I love I have a pretty cool collection myself I would love to go hunt it looks like fun
Great video. I just stumbled across your channel. It's good to hear younger hunters with the knowledge and confidence that you have. My Dad got tularemia from a cottontail when I was a kid and you are correct you can see it in the liver. Rubber gloves will save you the trouble now days but that was back in the '50's in SE Oklahoma and we weren't as knowledgeable as now days. Happy hunting, I enjoy your video.
Great shots on those jackrabbits! I've done a little hunting with my grandads old Winchester galley 22lr rifle when I was younger, never hit anything with it. Will consider hunting again if not swap it out for a better 22 with a scope and decent irons
@@SinCityOutdoors I'm interested in your dual setup iron sights and scope combo. 1 - Does it feel awkward with the scope so hi and no cheek rest or is it ok and not an issue? 2 - how often would you revert to iron sights vs the scope? 3 - what scope rings are you using?
Luckily, tarantula hawks are solitary, so there aren't any hives or colonies of them. They just really loved that flowering tree. I've never seen so many in one place!
I love your videos man keep it up what would you recommend as for a rifle 22 with a good scope I have a lot of rabbits where I live and they are becoming pest eating all my crops from my vegetable garden lol shout out to your pops too For encouraging and helping you on your videos👌
Hey fellas. I know I’m a bit late to the video. But I wanted to get into rabbit hunting this year and have no idea where people are able to hunt them. You fellas have any tips on where to go in the Vegas Area. Much appreciated.
Apparently the British let jackrabbits hang for 7 to 10 days with the guts still in to develop flavor in the meat. Would you ever consider trying that?
Ur a good shot and a great experienced hunter though very young. Amazing. very positive and highly enthusiastic. Yes, enjoyed your video. I remember trying to shoot Jack Rabbits in CA. They were too fast for my .22 Marlin bolt action. So i switched to a n automatic, Ruger 10/22. Still missed though it was fun watching the bullets kicked around the hares as they went racing up a hills. My friend watching, wisely kept his gun silent. I spent like 4 boxes, 50 rnds ea. on them and still came out empty. I asked my friend why they go so fast? He just said, ur freaking them out! That was like when i was ur age. U Sir, is a better hunter: Whistle/yell to stop them running, then shoot. I switched to a 12Ga. shotgun and with this hose, even when they were running, i was able to score. These hares unlike in ur video sat tight until i got real close to them, perhaps only at 10 - 20ft. The best one i tasted was a young Jack. T'was delicious using the old German recipe, Haas und Pfeffer, as suggested by my friend and cooked it all at his home after the hunt. The meat, unlike rabbit's was dark and stringy like corn beef. Yuuummmm! Nice memories. Thx again for ur fun video!
Very good shooting, friend! Concerning the airgun thing, if you have a good one you can slug shoot the rabbits also at crazy distances, they are as accurate or more than most 22lr rifles at those distances. Much less noise, cheaper ammo. But the guns themselves are very expensive. Which airgun did you used to use, by the way? Greetings and keep it up!
Is that the Remington 597? I have a limited NRA Edition with a laminate wood stock and an NRA coin embedded in the stock that I bought over 20 years ago. It's also a laser beam 🙌👊😎🇺🇸
Been watching your videos a lot lately and just moved to Vegas and was wondering in your opinion would a kayak or a small jon boat be better for fishing the larger bodies of water? (Lake Mead, Mohave, Willow Beach, etc.) Thanks!
Dude how hot is it there right now? I'm thinking of moving to Vegas, maybe get into some simple hunting like that, but idk if I can have all that great on without melting.
Love watching yo video’s
I appreciate that
Kid comes on here and makes a less cringey hunting video than grown ass adults.
Yup

Yo man I’ve been watching since your were a small channel and you make some great content keep up the great work🔥💯🔫🐐💨🐇
I’d like to see you hunt cottontails with a .22 in October.
I just got a cottontail with my .22 last week. It's heck of a lot of fun.
Imo cottontails are way easier than Jacks with a .22.
We need more rabbit hunting with that .22LR! Let's see a new rabbit recipe as well!
Just finished a rabbit catch and cook I’m editing
That sticker is mighty nice for 20 years lol
Greetings from the BIG SKY. My 1st dog, Freak, was a beagle/Springer Spaniel that truly loved to hunt rabbits.
Your positivity makes me happy for no reason
He makes it look so easy but in reality it's probably hard
Its not that hard when I hunt rabbits they run for like 3 seconds then stop then I shoot.
@@jayrom14 Yeah only hard thing is when they are super far and you have a 22 LR
Rabbits are easy. Even if you don't hit perfect where you wanted, they still die quick.
I like the wall mounts Adrian. They’re pretty cool.
Thanks, I almost sold my 1022 … didn’t know I could shoot shorts from a magazine. Thank you.
Hello again from Melbourne Beach. When youall visit Florida we will take you folks hog hunting with cross bow ! Stay healthy. 🏄

👍Yes on more rabbit hunts. Would enjoy seeing different ways to cook the rabbits, like in a stew or marinated shish kabobs? yum.
That's some good shooting and eating. We'd go hunting for cottontails at night, air rifles and flashlights many years ago. Down here in South Texas.

The disease rumor isn't false. You have to check their liver for white spots. If it has any small spots, dont eat the rabbit.
You should try with .17 hmr love using that round in New Mexico.
Im new to your channel and man your a good shooter! Great video keep it up!
Yes you made a video keep it up man I like you videos 👍

If I didnt say that.... thats what I meant lol. I bought that mount to see my Iron sights
where can i get them?
What kind of scope are you running? I just got a 2-7x Crossfire for my 10/22... I can't wait to bag something with it & cook it up!
I love it you need to try a 17HMR

Super Good Stuff 👍😁!!
Do you ever have any ejection issues with the 597? Mine fails to eject about every third round.

I swore he was sayin "A Rifle" meaning AR-15, as that's not the case I was thinkin we don't need any more slang for ARs lol. Good shots.

Great video, I'm a local vegas resident. I'm going out tomorrow trying to hunt rabbits. Any advice or location tips would be great.
Damn Fine shooting A.jnr & yeah your Tik Tok clip is funny as well lol :-)
any specific .22lr ammo you use to hunt? Going to get into hunting in NorCal later this year

I go rabbit hunting with shotguns and put chokes in the barrel but I love the shotgun recoil
Can you hunt rabbits around the Sloan area? Or do you have to go north on 15 around logandale to get to these rabbits ?

Dude I was quail hunting in Arizona a month ago and ran into a jack rabbit the size of a medium dog, it looked creepy.
Exactly! I don’t know why but jackrabbits are so creepy looking, especially when they are bigger than usual
jack rabbit catch & cook would be cool to see
👍👍
Don't they have camo shorts for those hot days?Just have to stay up off the ground. I eat cottontails but I give jacks to the dog. Good video. Peace.
