@@mika309 Thank you for this excellent feedback. I totally forgot I turned off the Victoria music since i had listened to it on repeat for so many hours. Its an amazing soundtrack though so as I make the rest of this series I will make sure to include background music.

unfortunately black borders will remain for the rest of this playthrough :( I am recording a multiplayers session RN and changed the resolution i play at so there wont be black bars anymore

Half not sure, I think there is an option for total randomization where after loading each save you get a new roll, or static option where the results will stay the same. not sure if its in this game or if it affects legislation...

yeah I'm not sure, honestly I think legislation needs to be reworked to be at least a little less RNG dependent, I have passed legislation with 5 percent progress chance and massive opposition and I have failed legislation with 70 percent progress chance and no opposition. Doesn't seem to model real democracies at all. IMO legislation should progress/regress on a progress bar based on factors like supporting and opposing cloud and how much sway the interest group it belongs to have in government and the legitimacy of the government. Then maybe include randomized events to potentially shift the balance towards failure if you already had tenuous support to begin with.
