Solving Multi-Step Equations - Solve for x - Linear Equations - [7-3-21]

In this lesson, you will learn how to solve an equation for the variable "x". These equations require more than one step to solve. We learn how to use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, in order to solve the equation. It is legal to perform any operation to one side of an equation as long as you perform the same operation to the other side. We solve for x by isolating the variable x on one side of the equal sign.
