  • In this video, I show you guys an example of dry succulent rot that I experienced with my Echeveria 'Laui' and what steps I took to save them. I also explain how to identify and detect dry succulent rot, because it can be hard to spot early, unless you know what exact signs to look for. I hope you guys find this video helpful plant buddies! #succulentrot #echeverialaui #howtosavedyingsucculents

    Hi plant buddies! Here's video of my experience with dry succulent rot on my still rooting Echeveria 'Laui'. Many of us won't notice dry succulent rot unless we look very closely, and I wanted to share with you exactly what to look for in case it happens. I hope you guys find this video helpful and let me know what you guys think in the comments down below. Have a wonderful day my plant buddies! 💚

      Yes, it happens from time to time for different reasons. Sometimes it's because the stem cutting was not cut short enough causing the stem to dry up and rot from humidity. Sometimes from bugs damaging the stem tissue... ect.

      @TheseSucculentBuddies  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You mean the whole plant is wrinkly and dehydrated? If you haven't watered in a long time then yes. Make sure to check for signs of rot if you suspect rot. One indication is when you water, after a day, if the plant does not take in any water at all in the center, it's likely rot.
