But 2ne1 is just legacy, a cut above the rest. Maybe in the future, as long as they don't disband, it will be how everyone forgot about Johnnie Ray who was arguably the most popular musician of his time until Elvis Presley came along. But I'm not too sure about that.
CL wasn't everybody's image of skinny and fit,but she was perfect for me. Minzy wasn't exactly everybody's center of attention,but she was perfect for me. Bom wasn't everybody's beauty standard match,but she was perfect for me. Dara wasn't everybody's please for dancing ,but she was perfect for me. Girl groups will come and go,but 2ne1 will always be PERFECT for me.

Who will agree with me and can't deny the fact that 2NE1 was one of the reason why KPOP now is well known not only in Asian countries but all over the world. They are legends no one can replace 2NE1 . The new generation's KPOP idol should learn to respect these legends also all the older and legendary groups..
Yenxxi *** i knew bigbang also because of 2NE1 then i started to listened to YG's music then i became interested to kpop. however, since the disbandment im no longer interested to kpop apart from bigbangs music. 2NE1 set the bar so high that no other gg can achieve it.
I found 2ne1 through Big Bang though. I would say that it happens both ways very often. Big Bang is older and has more music and international tours so it's definitely likely to be the other way around too.
I feel like 2NE1 doesn’t get the recognition they deserve. They changed kpop for the new generation by being different. Cute concepts were the only thing back then but they helped to change that. They were part of a company that used to be a family, surrounded by legends and yet they are now legends themselves. YG Entertainment made such a huge mistake by disbanding them, not listening to them, not sticking up for them. Bom deserved better. CL deserves better. Minzy deserved better. Dara deserves better.

I feel like it kinda shows her struggles alone because of scandal that Kneitizens just doesn't let go. Another is Dara's holding a light as if she was still hoping for something but ultimately nothing happened. There was also a scene where Dara's smile faded. It looked so painful to watch her smile fade away. And finally, the last part where Dara and CL went behind the curtain like it's their final performance and went back to YG but Bom just touched the curtain without entering as if she is no longer invited because she's no longer part of YG. these are just my opinions but its a truly sad MV

I love the ending it shows how much Bom and Dara look to CL for strength and support like she's always their to help them through anything. I feel like 2NE1 doesn’t get the recognition they deserve. They changed kpop for the new generation by being different. Cute concepts were the only thing back then but they helped to change that. They were part of a company that used to be a family, surrounded by legends and yet they are now legends themselves. YG Entertainment made such a huge mistake by disbanding them, not listening to them, not sticking up for them. Bom deserved better. CL deserves better. Minzy deserved better. Dara deserves better.

2NE1 DISBANDMENT is one of the most painful that happen in kpop history.
It was right to disband them instead of keep them hanging if they were not disband they would get pretty much ignored for the new groups for example take fx what happened to them after red velvet debut they were at sm basement for years after years until their contract ends so it was good idea to disband them and let them go

true. they included too many symbolisms. like Bom on a dark forest walking alone and her in a hole sitting alone. I feel like it kinda shows her struggles alone because of scandal that Kneitizens just doesn't let go. Another is Dara's holding a light as if she was still hoping for something but ultimately nothing happened. There was also a scene where Dara's smile faded. It looked so painful to watch her smile fade away. And finally, the last part where Dara and CL went behind the curtain like it's their final performance and went back to YG but Bom just touched the curtain without entering as if she is no longer invited because she's no longer part of YG. these are just my opinions but its a truly sad MV

CL knows exactly what she's doin and what she wants to do in her life this girl passed all qualification exams for all three levels of education ( Elem, Mid, High School) in a span of 6 months, her fathers a professor and her sister has a scholarship in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong (one of the top 5 Uni's in Asia).
