Hello. Congratulations on your new vehicle purchase for the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Limited trim. It was great that you got the vehicle you wanted. Also, which is important is that you made preparations in advance before getting it. Saving up little by little is a bold strategic move on making a big purchase and that was nice you did that. I also have a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. However, there are few differences with mine. I got mine last year in the summer of 2023 for the 2023 model year. The exterior color for mine is black. The color description for mine is Diamond Black Crystal Pearl. I'll tell you more about the color a little bit later. Another difference with mine is the trim level. I got mine in the high trim Summit Reserve. A very lovely interior. Another difference with mine is that mine came with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Good performing engine. The overall acceleration is excellent. As for the color, last year when I went to the dealership I initially wanted my vehicle in the Midnight Sky Blue color. However, my local dealership and neighboring dealerships didn't have it. In two years time I plan on going to the dealership to get my vehicle painted in the Midnight Sky Blue color I wanted right from the jump. Before I got this vehicle, I made preparations. I watched TH-cam review videos, I read online articles and I did three test drives for it. I started to save up for it since 2017. At the time back in 2017 the fourth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee was available. I knew at some point in few years time a new generation will be out. So, in 2017 I started to save towards the new fifth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee L which I have. In general, this fifth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee L came out in 2021 for the 2021 model year. I didn't want to get that model year. At the time I said to myself I'll wait a little bit more to get the 2023 model year. Doing that was a wise move due to the fact that the 2023 model came with couple more standard features over the 2021 model year. Also, more color choices became available as well. The Jeep Grand Cherokee L I got last year is the second Jeep vehicle I've owned so far and is the fifth vehicle I've owned overall. My first Jeep vehicle which is my first ever SUV is the third generation Jeep Grand Cherokee which I still have. Previous three vehicles before it were cars. That Jeep Grand Cherokee is the 2005 model year. I wasn't the original owner for it though. I got it 10 years ago back in 2014. When I got the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L last year I said to myself I'll still keep the 2005 model to use it as a secondary vehicle and depending on the scenario to use it as an emergency as well. When I got the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L last year I used a combination of some cash and two credit card sources for the down payment. The total down payment I did was $15K. Did you use all cash for your down payment or was it a combination or cash and credit cards you did? When you get the chance apply for the Jeep Mastercard. It's a pretty good credit card. I have the card. Rewards points can be accumulated. Those points can be redeemed as well. As for the icing on the cake, based on what I've noticed with the card they'll give automatic credit line increases as well.
Hi! Wow. Yes I liked the summit reserve. It was actually one I looked at but a bit too pricey for me. I wanted that one because it had the passenger screen that I saw the year before. But the limited 2023 is the one that had the screen when I looked last year, but it’s no biggie. Also, I did not put much down actually. Like less than $1,000. I did just enough to get the payment to the even number I wanted lol. I’m weird, but they is my second car and I think I only put $500 down on each. I kept my Juke as well!

That's the trim level that's in the middle of the lineup and most people will get. There are six trim levels for this fifth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee L. From low to high it's the Laredo, Altitude, Limited, Overland, Summit and Summit Reserve. Generally speaking, I like the overall design schematics for this fifth generation. It has a more rugged and sleeker design over the last generation fourth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee. Overall, Jeep did a great job with this new fifth generation in terms of appearance and available features. For the Summit Reserve trim it has massaging front seats, power folding rear seats, a booming 19-speaker premium audio system, passive entry/door locks for all four doors and not just the front doors only, night vision infared camera, adjustable air ride suspension system heated/ventilated seats for both first & second rows and the front passenger infotainment screen as you said. Regardless of which trim level for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L gets selected, Jeep made it where certain things are standard across the lineup which includes all the exterior lights are LED, all the interior lights are LED and all trim levels get 12 USB ports (6 USB + 6 UBS-C). I did the lease for my vehicle when I got it. Then, when the time comes for the lease to be up, I'll turn around and do regular financing for the rest.
@NaturalNicheTV When you got your vehicle, did Jeep offer you the Jeep Wave program? If they did, that's nice. With that program, the first three oil changes and tire rotations are free. I have the program. Two oil changes got done for my vehicle. One more free one left. After that, I'm on my own. As for on my own, when the time comes, no worries on my end due to the fact that I can do oil changes and tire rotations myself.

I’m so glad you showed how the sunroof works. I test drove a 2024 with the pano roof and forgot to see if the shade would work with the roof open. I’ve had the BS for 2 years and I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO MY GROWN WOMAN GC!! There’s just something about that SUV that elevates your status.
How’s it going so far? I love Jeep but it’s high maintenance and things break on it all the time. Never got stuck in the mud, snow, or low level flooding. Only left me stranded once because the fuel pump died but the car is 16 years old now. I’ve had the Liberty for like 11 years.
I still love it. I’m used to my Juke and it never really gave me problems. The only thing I noticed is that the screen overheated once. Besides that it’s been great. I just need to keep it clean lol
I can attest to the length issue that you brought up because I actually let my garage door down and scratched up the back of my hatch. $ 700,00 mistake that I never want to make again.
This is my 3rd Jeep two Wranglers and now my first Grand Cherokee!

Oh the aviator is expensive but it’s nice. I loved my juke but def didn’t have any features. Maybe she will find a model that fits her expenses

I’m still loving it!! It rides smooth and is great for roadtrips. Trunk is still relatively small but I can lay a seat down to extend it
