- I'm just saying, the ME-262 can actually time travel in War Thunder. Today, myself and @GoodboiOfficial took out the ME-262 A1/U1 into Air realistic battle to force ourselves through the pain that is currently low-tier jets. The ME-262 is massively outclassed in pretty much every way by other jets at its battle rating to the point where although fun, it's not massively useful in War Thunder...

When I was an FO in the Army, we measured everything in meter and kilometers because they translated well between one another. However, when talking to aviation on the radio for targeting I would have to convert the target elevation to feet for the aircraft and then deconflict the aircraft from indirect weapon systems to avoid possible “accidents”. That means converting Artillery/mortar Max Ordinance elevation to feet and then adding a thousand as an aircraft stay above.
I have to agree with you on the pilot kill thing the odds of it happening in real life are very small and in WT people have literally made it a thing to be able to snipe kill Pilots pretty much whenever they want to. Especially in the lower tiers I've played many matches where I've been killed three times by Pilot sniping just a quick double tap in your dead it really really sucks

i have this plane. as a free to play player i worked my ass off to get it only for it to be basically unplayable. the whole of the 262 line as far as ive played is like that maybe except the ho but even then.
ngl I love the 262 U1, it’s just really important to be very careful with ammo, lack of engine power at low speed, turning and basically everything. If you can do all that it’s a pretty damn good plane because the 30mm guns

Cause it is actually Gaijin's strategy. They tune the match maker so that every single game makes every single player curse it. But you can sell a kidney to skip all that.
I was planning to grind this one out after getting the Swedish T-80U. I guess I'll go for the F-5E FCU instead. Japan needs some love and I refuse the fly the F-4EJ anymore

The thing about the Messerschmitt 262 is that she is chunky but beautiful she can’t turn good cause she is chunky and first of her kind but damn she is beautiful and causes damage

Those Japanese 20s are nutty
Both are ok at different things. Despite the similar looking airframe, they have opposite performance stats in a lot of areas. They’re both shit now though because of the damn MiG 15s and Sabres

I fell like this jest for me it was relly good because the gun totally carried the jest but again I haven use ever since real shitter it was implemented
