You mentioned the chickens!!! I absolutely loved them last time we stayed there, in September 2023. We were where you are in the video, I think - near HSM Atlantic Park Hotel? My son and I loved hearing and watching the chicken in the wild area next to the church. There are lots of beautiful cats there too.
What a great walk. On a darker cloudier day, parts of it can look a bit post apocalyptic. Once we are on the new year the season doesn't seem that far away.
Its sooooo sad seeing the place like that, back in October sitting in the Piano Bar enjoying the buzz and watching the amazing waiters buzzing back and fourth and then nothing. Might get back next October depending on the prices. Thanks for showing us around again and Happy New Year to both of you
Happy new year. Will be in the Samos from 9th May for 12 days. Stayed there in May and October last year. There was another Happy House further down Magaluf beach
We stayed at the Samos when we used to go to Magaluf in the 90s/early 2000s - very handy for taking the kids over to Benny Hill's in the evenings. Nice hotel.

Paseo por un Magaluf casi desierto y con pocos locales abiertos. Nosotros vamos con frecuencia a la cafetería/pasteleríá cercana a la heladería en donde han tomado Ustedes el café con leche. Para comer bien en Magaluf, les recomendamos el Restaurante Casa García's.
Was here last week, stayed at sol house the studio. Had a lovely few days here, chilled on the beach had lunch at Tom browns, was worth every euro spent there😋👌🏽i wanna come back 6th December just for the weekend to buy alcohol at this shop just past the pizza hut as it was cheap, unlike that other shop just before Linekers. Would those kind of shops still be open early December??
Direct flights from Scotland cease to go to Mallorca after the beginning of November. Then nada. I'm on the first flight out of Scotland again on the 23rd of February on Jet2. No flights before that. Ryanair and Easyjet don't start until Spring.
Sadly the tourist tax @4.25€ pp plus the new rule about 6 small drinks per day on all inclusive is killing off Mallorca as a holiday destination, people are now going to Greece and Turkey, I used to love Mallorca.

We have seen wild chickens in many parts of the island and also lots of wild cats.

There is a roundabout in Bungay Suffolk that has lots of Chickens living on/or around it.
It is good to see that they can adapt.
Nieves does a lovely coffee brandy at Bosses bar. She stays open all year to cater for the locals. Dave's parents knew her for 30 plus years
