In this module we connected 32 no. Of batteries but in battery menu the battery backup (minutes) is showing 0.0, what is the reason and how to rectify it
I hated commissioning these and those stupid ITA 2s. Plus if you have a rectifier/inverter fault, you have to replace the whole unit because the power module is not a module. Im through with Vertiv. If you want to get paid a decent wage, leave them bro!

You should set the Ah in battery settings
Battery discharge protection time 4320 (Default Value)
How to calculate discharge protection time bro
