my takeaway sa interview na ito; pakinggan ang opinyon ng mga tauhan mo tungkol sa inyong negosyo. Malay mo sila ang may solution para umunlad ang negosyo mo.
Yung nag iba ng procedure sa pag marinade ang naging daan kaya naging succesful ang Chooks to go... Hehehe! Tama rin diskarte na makinig sa suggestion ng ibang tao kahit sa mga low level employees. The way sa pag tawag nya ng Sir kay Sir Buddy is a way of respect sa ibang tao na kahit alam mong mas malaki kang tao.
