Certainly needs following up, about the call handler. They should not be advising or telling the public you are not allowed, as she is not present at the ' incident '. She is basically forcing her opinion on legal matters when that is not part of her remit. Her job is to filter a call and dispatch constables, if it meets the requirements, not her opinion.
She needs to be more careful giving legal advice to a company when she obviously does not know what she's talking about. What if the company had believed her and physically stopped you, and you sued them?
No wonder the emergency 999 system is falling over and having problems when people abuse it like this, calling it because they don't like what someone is doing. They should be charged with abusing the 999 system.
Thanks for educating these fools. The crazy woman on the 999 call should be charged with impersonating a police officer, lying about her authority and lying about the law. Lock that one up.
Should of told that woman to stop sending police to people with cameras & drones and instead to burglaries & assaults. Police have learnt now as they turn up say very little and leave.

I'm amazed that Company representatives can't seem to put a positive spin on being approached by a member of the public. You are labelled as suspicious from the get go and their emotional responses are childish and ignorant. If they can't get the instant response their perceived superiority complex wants, they retreat into the comfort blanket of the mobile phone and backed into the corner of their hurt feelings and growing humiliation, they eventually call the Police. All they had to do was give you a kind word and few lines about the Company and in return, you've given them the gift of good publicity and a load of cracking drone shots, that they could plagiarise as their leisure. We chuckle at the 'walk of shame', but it must have been unpleasant for those guys and could have been avoided.

Be interesting if you did an auditor swap across the pond with one of them.
Just a suggestion. But perhaps if you ask if they used the 999 emergency system to call the police and say that itself is a crime when there is no emergency it might make them think a bit. No crime. No emergency. Just ignorance and ego at work. And that extends to incompetent call handlers. At least they should filter real emergencies from made up ones.
"It's a bit strange flying over a business" He should tell the airlines 😂
Jet 2 - strange, easy jet - just strange
She needs to be more careful giving legal advice to a company when she obviously does not know what she's talking about. What if the company had believed her and physically stopped you, and you sued them?
That civilian lady needs retraining and definitely not pretend to be a police officer.
These businesses should have to pay for calling the Police out to a non emergency. If that was you or i . We'd be getting arrested
No wonder the emergency 999 system is falling over and having problems when people abuse it like this, calling it because they don't like what someone is doing. They should be charged with abusing the 999 system.
Yeah there's clear guidance on when 999 should be used and a guy filming in public and flying a drone doesn't fit that criteria
So they only employ lawyers at police contact centres now. That must be expensive.
Thank goodness for decent and knowledgeable officers. You should follow up a complaint against the call handler because she is symptomatic of what is wrong within the police service.
That moment when staff huddle with police then disperse quietly and without fuss once informed that no laws have been infringed or broken by the gent with camera and drone 😂
Definitely glad to have notifications on.
I've binged watched the crap out of the channel, so new episodes will always be welcome.
Cop-splaining is a new one for me😂
As always, great drone stuff. These companies should pay you for the footage and have iton their website. 👍
Excellent, many thanks. I do work hard to bring you all the best entertainment I can muster🙂
Yeah I think with the war in Ukraine and other drone headlines the UK is seeing a drone phobia episode. The mention of a drone over flight seems to make people think security, spying and bombs🤷
There's no such thing as a data protection licence. There's a data protection fee which is around £40.
That first response call handler should be sacked immediately.
Very well handled as always. The lady in the contact centre was very poor. How can she expect to control a situation on the phone with incorrect information and no actual authority? The officers that turned up knew the score - I hope that lady uses this embarrassment as a learning tool.
"Directors up there looking out the window" Yet he sends the peasant down first to investigate,And they call 999..this company should be fined for misuse of an emergency line.
That call handler needs serious retraining, its not her place to give out any advice about something she knows nothing about. As for the manager, does he have a licence for that attitude he has? Love the way you work NA, your never abusive and remain calm and confident that you are on the correct side of the law.
Management bubble syndrome..there so used to bossing people around they think they can do it out in public..that company is a joke ..wasting police time should be charged..and on a 999..that woman in the call center needs retraining ASAP...
the legally trained police call centre staff , its amazing how qualified they are these days
Hello. I've watched quite a few of your audits and your easy going soft approach is spot on.
And your drone footage from day to night is top notch.
Enjoyed 👍
Much appreciated. Yeah I just let them guide any interactions. Usually just filming from public these days and I never approach anyone, they only ever come to me. If they are polite it's polite but if they are rude or threatening then I can turn sour. Many thanks for watching 🙏
I really have no clue why they think the police can do anything about drones, or have a say in it.
If they were decent humans they would've walked over and apologised.
true, but they're not.
I love the different ways in which people break, so beautiful.
Here we go again. Makin up laws.🙄
That call centre woman is clearly abusing her authority and whoever she was? should not give legal advice to anyone ,especially when she is bloody wrong. she never asked the weight (249g) or anything . This should be taken further to see who told her that bollocks. the fact that she and the factory owners don't LIKE drones does not make it illegal ,those cops that turned up prove that.
Unbelievable call handler, perfect police response, newly educated staff. 👍🏼
"Hi, this is the police (not), YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED"......"Go away".😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah, she made me a bit mad by being so stroppy and trying to intimidate me by threatening to send the police 😂 thanks for watching 🙏
3 complete bell ends totally owned.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Should be procecuted for wasting police time
The police contact centre can NOT GIVE OUT LEGAL ADVICE as they are not lawyers. And yes we all know she is so wrong is scares me as to what else she has done in the past.
Imagine if that call handler actually joined the police. 😂
She would fit in perfectly 🤣
The usual non apology after they are proved wrong and made asses of themselves.
Would have gained more respect if they had apologised.
Hi we're sorry to have bothered you, we were wrong, would you like a quick look inside some off our non sensitive areas. I'll give you a bit of a summary of what we do, boom best video ever 👍
A curious thing for that guy to say, “ stay in the shade, protect yourself from skin cancer”, when the other two guys are themselves stood in direct sunlight and one is smoking a cigarette! Are they somehow immune from cancer? 🤣
Yeah why would someone say that?
Thanks!
Keep up the good work bro from Tennessee.
Wow many thanks for the superchat. It's amazing to hear how far the videos reach across the world. Tennessee 😯 👍👍👍👍✌️
It was like watching three souls leaving their bodies after the police came & told them you were quite okay to photograph their place.
Sad to see businesses call an waste police resources on a legal activity that they have no power to control. Just to have to be educated by the police and do the walk of shame.
She said he rang 999 too. This situation doesn't fit the description for a 999.
You definitely can’t fly a drone over the premises of those fools. Oh, you definitely have and definitely should continue to do so! Brilliance as ever.
Many thanks 🙏
the amount of times people phone the police rather than doing a quick Google of the drone laws is baffling
Free individuals don't ask permission to be free
Period
That was a most satisfying walk of shame I have seen for a long time 😂😂👮♂️
Must have something to hide if the CEO is hanging around.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Should ask the officers to educate the call center about drone laws and photography
Classic audit from start to finish. Top rossers who turned up . No issues and Jack in the box they went
Many thanks 🙏
Karen from the call centre warning you?
If there’s no wrongdoing ( crime) then the man or woman who acts in the capacity as public servants can move on because who pays them
The mayor or the company
And if the company owner has a problem with what another man is doing then make a claim at the courthouse public building county court
Clueless call centre lady: "Can you bear with me for a minute"
You should have said: "Sure but can you bear with me for a minute while I fly my drone over their property" 🤪
Great well-handled audit with the usual fantastic drone footage. Thank you NA.
Glad you enjoyed it. Just catching up with the comments
Northern Audits, upholding our rights like a boss..........or is it like a Ninja!! 😂😂 The misinformed sent packing with their tails between their legs... yet again! He thought he had you banged to rights when he had his mobile on speaker phone and the controller was spouting her gibberish. 😂😂😂 Great stuff NA.
🙅
I've been binge watching the American versions of this. The US ones stem around using a camera in public buildings and places and people making up rules to get them to stop. Long Island Audit, Audit the Audit, We The People University, Press NH Now, Amagansett Press, and Armed Fisherman are some pretty good ones.
And tell the caller that whats happening is perfectly legal and that they could be prosecuted for misuse of the 999 system.
Yeah there's clear guidance on when 999 should be used and a guy filming in public and flying a drone doesn't fit that criteria
No wonder she wouldn't identify herself, giving false information to you.
A telephone receptionist giving legal advice lol
So now call centre workers are trying to tell people the law?
Ironically not the law. But supporting the caller regardless of the law.
I think you're the only auditor to do drone night photography at the same site so well done
Many thanks 🙏
I'm not really sure if night flying is allowed as I thought it was day VMC only🤔
@@125brat there is no extra restrictions on night flying, it's the same as the day rules, you just have to be create to make sure that you keep vlos including the orientation, and that is possible despite what people say
Great work, well held together
Thank you kindly
Excellent walk of shame of the muppets !!
Top marks to the Police, exactly right.
Funny how the officer was not advising the caller that this is an emergency line he is on.pathetic.
Enjoyed the entertainment and the drone show. Thanks NA
You're welcome 🤗
You should have pushed for the call centre women ID.
John Robins, needs to send a memo, to all of his Police team, (Public Photography is not a Crime), nor is drone photography, following CAA rules and regulations. The amount of compensation, from wrongful police advise, and arrests, all comes from the Chief Constables ££££ budget
They're just not that organised 😂
The arrogant business owner claims he knows about GDRP laws he clearly does not, then he says we have CCTV here, yeah filming anyone who walks past your building yet you think that is fine? , walk of shame for him and his muppets after the cops put them straight.
Im amazed companies dont embrace this free exposure. With a decent human approach they could be seen in a very good light!
So he says you can’t fly over but then ends the sentence with surely. 😂
Excellent 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏 rights defender
You need a licence to drive a car, but ask them for it and their heads will twist right off. Great shots once again. They must be very pleased with the results.
Many thanks 🙏
Well done brother,so many ignorant people got educated.
Even the call handlers are ignorant yet still try to coerce you. Rotten to the core...
Failing to identify = disciplinary offence
Brilliant, professional audit in the face of total buffoonery from staff at Enviro-crap, sorry, cap
Well done NA, superb highlighting of the idiocy going on in the UK today👍👍👍
damn that was a bruital walk of shame, you could almost see their tails between their legs as the police got them told.
Bit annoyed at the clueless call center operator, I am sure she has commited a crime saying she was "police" as she was trying to make you believe she was an officer and making up laws
Your drone footage was actualy incredible
Many thanks 🙏
Again the police come out for nothing but they won’t come out for something. Nice one NA.
That women on the phone was a classic Karen
Here we have a situation whereby the call handler is basically advising on the law , totally without knowledge . A call handler us there , I assume , to 'triage ' calls . So this call handler was giving advice upon a possible outcome . Shocking not only has she no authority to say such a thing but there is a bigger problem , namely , the system that permits her to do this .
And it's only through these videos that we catch a glimpse of just how broken the system is.
