Ishamael has the greatest nation of all. Alhumdulillah all the Muslims belong to his nation and are the ummah of prophet Muhammad pbuh.
Allah made a promise to the Jews but they broke it time and again, then He chose the children of Ishmael.

Actually I think that was a lie by Mohammad.
Hagar was Coptic Egyptian and Ishmael married a Coptic Egyptian.
Half Jew half Coptic together with a Coptic Egyptian cannot make an Arab baby 😅
I think most of Coptic Egyptians today are Christians?
Arabs have nothing to do with the geneology of Abraham tbh 😅 Mohammad made it all up to create Islam

This video does an amazing job of shedding light on the life of Ishmael, Abraham's firstborn son. The themes of faith, struggle, and divine intervention in his story are really thought-provoking. What do you think about the challenges Ishmael faced throughout his life? Could it be that his important role in Abraham's narrative is often overlooked?

Sarah was punished for leading her husband to sin with her suggestion to Abraham to take Hagar, a slave, as a wife. A rebellious servant was a correction rod for Sarah and taking Isaac to be sacrificed was a discipline measure for Abraham.
God orchestrated a situation. He allured Hagar & her son into the desert and God spoke tenderly to her when she was thirsting for water (spiritual and physical water) There He gave her back her vineyards (joy to heal from the suffering she experienced in Abraham's home), and God made the Valley of Achor (a desert) a door of hope for Hagar and son.
God gently corrects us in His wisdom. He never let Hagar go through the wilderness with bitterness. Hagar experienced God's kindness, compassion and it was better than her master Abraham's kindness.
Thank you Lord for teaching us and for correcting us, to bring us back to your image in which we are created

The rivalry between Sarah and Hagar sets the foundation for the Arab Israeli conflict prevalent today. It is an eternal conflict with no solution in sight. Interestingly the worst conflicts in the world, have been conflicts among brothers. I understand that China, Japan and Korea were all sons of one man but look at the historical conflict and tensions that have always been the nature of their existence.

Christians need to answer this question
Why did God have to send himself down to earth to become his own son to sacrifice himself to himself just to convince himself to forgive us?
Paul preaching was adulterated by the residues of Roman mythology and Greek philosophy.
    Differences
    1) Jesus
-Had Jews only for his audience
    - Operated under the Mosaic Law
-Preached the Gospel of the kingdom
-Defined the "Kingdom of Heaven as Israel's
    -Prophetic earthly kingdom
-Presented himself as Messiah and King of the Jews ( Lost Sheep of Israel)
    - Preached repentance, faith and deeds as necessary for salvation
    2) Paul
    - Had Gentiles as primary audience
    - Operated under grace
    - Preached the Gospel of the grace of God
    - Defined the "Kingdom of Heaven" as the heavenly position of the body of Christ
    - Presented Jesus as the risen lord, head of the body of Christ
    - Preached faith alone as necessary for salvation

Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, “What will you worship after me?” They said, “We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.
    (Quran 2 : 136)
Say, [O believers], “We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.
    (Quran 2:140)
Say, “We have believed in Allah and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him.
    (Quran 4:163)
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].

Thank you for your comment! The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is a central figure in many faiths. Ishmael is also an important figure, especially in Islamic tradition. The distinction often arises from different religious narratives and interpretations regarding the promised lineage. Both Isaac and Ishmael hold significant places in history and faith.

The fact that the rightful position of Isaac was what caused Ishmael to be sidelined at that time to forever be nomadic, ie not a land owner. His donkey like attitude was his downfall although the Israeli nation was also known to be unreasonably stubborn, mainly towards God's purpose.

You are correct in mentioning that, according to the biblical account, God promised Abraham that Ishmael would also become a great nation. In Abrahamic traditions, Ishmael's descendants are generally identified as the Arabs. The story of Ishmael is significant in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, with Islam recognizing Ishmael as a prophet and ancestor of the Arabs. His lineage plays an important role in the cultural and religious heritage of Islamic communities.

I'VE READ QURAN AND BIBLE, MY CONCLUSION IS THAT WE CHRISTIANS DONT WORSIP THE SAME GOD AS MUSLIMS, LETS STOP ALL THESE COMPARISONS, U CANT COMPETE WHERE U CANT COMPARE, BIBLE WAS WRITTEN IN 1ST CENTURY AND QURAN CAME IN 7TH CENTURY,
1.OUR GOD YAHWEH SENT HIS SON TO SAVE US, WHILE ALLAH DENIES JESUS AS SON OF GOD, NEITHER WAS HE CRUCIFIED, MUSLIMS CONSIDER HIM AS A MERE PROPHET,..IN CHRISTIANITY JESUS IS A BASIS AND FOUNDATION OUR RELIGION! HES OUR LORD AND SAVIOR AND NOT A MERE PROPHT..
    2. YAHWEH BLESSED ABRAHAM THROUGH ISAAC, AND THERE CAME THE POWERFUL NATION ISRAEL AND IT TROUGH THAT LINEAGE JESUS CAME FROM, BUT QURAN SAYS ITS ISHAMEL WHO WAS BLESSED, lol
3.ISRAEL IS THE GOD'S CHOSEN NATION , BUT ALLAH CONDEMNS ISRAEL AND ALSO CHRISTIANS FOR BELIEVING JESUS AS MESSIAH, (QURAN 9:30)
4..ALLAH HAS INSTRUCTED MUSLIMS NOT TO BE FRIENDS WITH CHRISTIANS AND JEWS FOR THEY'RE FRIENDS OF ONE ANOTHER (QURAN 5:51)..COULD THE SAME YAHWEH DO THAT? WY WOULD YAHWEH CURSE CHRISTIANS AND JEWS OR ARENT JEWS HIS CHOSEN NATION AGAIN? lol
ALLAH HAS LIKE 122 VERSES IN QURAN CURSING CONDEMNING CHRISTIANS AND JEWS! CANT BE THE SAME GOD WE CHRISTIANS WORSHIP
THE SAME GOD WHO CHOSE AND BLESSED ISRAELITES IN 1ST CENTURY CANT BE THE SAME GOD WHO CURSE ISRAEL LATER IN 7TH CENTURY (QURAN),
OUR GOD ISNT AN AUTHOR OF CONFUSION THAT HE MAY SAY SOMETHING IN 1ST CENTURY AND DENIES IT LATER IN 7TH CENTURY...SO MUSIMS STOP INTERFERING IN CHRISTIANS MATTERS FOR WE DONT WORSIP SAME GOD, THE FACT WE'RE EVEN DFFERENT RELIGION, SHOULD TELL U A LOT! ITS CALLED DIFFERENT FAITHS MEANING WE DONT BELIEVE IN WHAT U BELIEVE...DONT TRY TO COMPARE WHERE U CANT COMPETE

She did not leave Abraham's household willingly. She was given a skin of water and a loaf of bread and she and her son were TURNED OUT into the desert to die. I am a Christian, but I have no respect for Abraham or Sarah. He was weak and let his wife tell him what to do. She was a nasty, jealous, cruel woman. I will never understand why God chose Abraham. The only one worse was Lot.
It only makes sense to me that Ishmael was the son taken to the wilderness to be killed, not Isaac. Sarah told Abraham to get rid of him. God stayed his hand from harming Ishmael because he had a plan for his life. Sarah must have had a fit when she saw Abraham coming home with Ishmael safe and sound. Served her right.
It is my understanding that Muslims believe this version, and I think they were right.

    • @DivineConnections-yt
      @DivineConnections-yt  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I understand your perspective and the strong emotions these stories can evoke. Biblical narratives are complex and often reflect human flaws and struggles. Many scholars and believers interpret these events in various ways, seeking spiritual and moral lessons. God's choice of Abraham is seen by some as an example of faith despite his imperfections. Regarding Ishmael's story, it's true that there are different interpretations between Christian and Islamic traditions. The diversity of beliefs and interpretations can enrich our understanding and interfaith dialogue.

"ABRAHAM AND SARAH'S BEHAVIOR SHOWS JUST HOW JUST HOW BAD THEY (WE) NEEDED A SAVIOUR. THERE WAS FORNICATION, ADULTERY, JEALOUSY, ENVY AND STRIFE IN THIS SITUATION. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OR JESUS AND THE HOLY SPIRIT TO GUIDE AND TEACH RIGHT FROM WRONG. THEY DIDN'T HAVE MUCH SELF- CONTROL, SO FLESH-CONTROL. BUT WHEN JESUS CAME, IT CHANGED THINGS FOR MANY PEOPLE. MANY WERE SAVED AND BECAME BORN-AGAIN CHRISTIANS. SOME REJECTED AND CONTINUE TO LIVE AND BEHAVE LIKE ABRAHAM AND SARAH. THEY HAVE NO SELF-CONTROL, THEY IGNORE THE 10 COMMANDMENTS AND JESUS AND DO WHAT THEIR FLESH WANTS THEM TO DO. COMMIT THE 3 DEADLY SINS, THE LUST OF THE EYES, THE LUST OF THE FLESH AND THE PRIDE OF LIFE. GOD TESTED ABRAHAM AFTER HE BLESSED HIM, TO TEST HIS FAITH TO SEE WHERE HIS HEART WAS FAITHFUL AND RIGHTEOUS . HE IS STILL ALLOWING THE DEVIL TO TEST THE FAITH AND HEART OF PEOPLE TODAY. 😢😮 SOME WILL PASS AND SOME WILL SELF-DESTRUCT, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FAITH.😢😮SAD, SAD, SAD. JUST HAVING A MUSTARD SEED FAITH IS A START. THEIR IS HUMAN FAITH ♥️ AND GODLY FAITH. YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE IT THE RIGHT WAY. FOR GOOD ❤ AND NOT 😈 EVIL.😢

God in His wisdom corrected the three:
Sarah for not waiting upon God's promise to be fulfilled. She had to engage with a rebellious servant and taste the pain of being disobedient to God
Hagar while in the wilderness, she experienced a merciful God. A desert became a place of learning for Hagar about the one true God. Abraham's home had become so toxic for Hagar to pick positive lessons about God. God brought her to the desert to learn better. As God separated Abram from his family to teach him, so He did with Hagar, separated her from Abraham & Sarah to learn better.
Abraham, on the day he was asked to take Isaac, the only child at home, to be sacrificed. Abraham learned the hard way to take charge of his household, took Isaac to be sacrificed and never told Sarah about it. He was being tested on trust. Abraham had to choose whom to trust: Sarah or God? He passed the test. God starts us on a journey, we may not know where we are going, doubt may crop up but the Lord who started us on a journey will help us along the way, bring us back to the straight path

Hagar was actually a concubine of the pharaoh who gifted her as a virgin maid to Sarah when he kicked them out for making them all sick when God cursed the pharaoh for taking Sarah to be his wife thinking she was Abraham’s sister. So Hagar must have been quite beautiful to be chosen for the pharaoh. He just never got to her.soif Abraham had sent her back with Ishmael and a decent amount of goods since he was filthy rich, maybe we wouldn’t have the problems between the brothers now!!! Genesis 25:12-18 God promised Hagar that her son Ishmael would be made “A great nation. The Old Testment lists twelve princely tribes that descended from Abraham’s older son. As much later Islamic tradition identifies Muhammed and his decendants the Muslims-as “children of Ishmael” Abraham’s younger son, Isaac, was the father of Jacob. The Jewish people trace their lineage to Jacob and his tweve sons. Because Jesus was a Jew, Christians ultimately trace their ancestry through Jacob to Abraham as well. Thus the three major world religions-Judaism, Christianity, and Islam- all see Abraham as their “Father in faith” Amen!🙏❤️

Look at 2hat happened, they travelled far and came to a kingdom where the king there wanted to marry her.. Kings don't mary old woman but young woman to ENSURE a offspring to take over from the king right.. 😮 yes! The promise included a body change.. had to inorder to recieve a baby.. she laughed saying how will we again have pleasure in our old age... this is also in part what assured Abraham that he can offer up his son to GOD as he knew God had made a promise to make a Nation from Isaack and told the boy, the Lord will HIMSELF will provide a sacrifice 🎉
