- We sold this bike and realized afterwards it has a blown head gasket. So with that being said, we're making it right and fixing it for them.

The dreaded untorqued bolt and blown gasket strikes again!
Informative video. Thank you for sharing. I really enjoy your channel.
Hey man appreciate your content but what was your process for cleaning and prepping the mating surfaces of the block and the head? how did you keep clutter from going into the various holes in the block? The video is titled head gasket repair, yet it doesn’t show us any of the actual head gasket repair work, only the disassembly to get to the problem, and later in part 2 the reassembly.
Is there anything that needs to be done before removing push rods?
I think the front jug of mine just blew out. You can hear it and feel it pushing air out. The compression release had got stuck down on that jug. Its hard to believe that would have done it. But only thing that occurred i can think maybe cause it.
Maybe, a little less of the Music. It seems to cut off your Conversation. Just a Suggestion. The Videos are Great.
Another great video guys 👍👍🇨🇱
Great video. Thanks.
Where did you get that low profile wrench for the rocker box cover?
Enjoy your videos

WTF is he saying? Turn the music down and talk to us!
funeral bikes? huh?
Not a very good idea to only change one head gasket!
and WHY would that be? - let's hear this...
Because the fresh head gasket will cause the old one to go south. Like rebuilding the top end will cause the bottom end to go out and vise versa.
@@bigwu100 are you serious?? - the combustion chambers are separate, the heads are separate - as long as there isn't a significant difference in compression - your point is moot. As far as the top end / bottom end rebuild - your statement only applies if you've upgraded components on either end; taller cams stress the valve springs and rocker assembly more. If you stay stock on either end- just fix what's broke and save your money for when you REALLY need it. Ride safe.
Useless
Yes, yes you are
