I luv all of Olena Ivchenko's zumba gold videos. They're short, fun and easy to follow. I like zumba but it's difficult to find zumba gold classes near where I live and the classes can be expensive too, so online videos like this are great for me. I like dancing to Olena's videos but I mute them and dance to my own music. I don't feel like I'm excercising at all. I just feel like I'm dancing for fun or preparing for a dance rehearsal.
