@@OlenaIvchenko You have no idea of how thankful to God I am that I found your videos. I'm 57 years old, but I've felt like 90 since a month before I turned 27. I've only been working out with your videos for about two weeks. I know it will eventually work on my body for less painful days, but it is actually you that makes all the difference. I had seen other zumba gold videos and didn't feel much attracted to them. But your joyful and energetic spirit, they way you direct the choreography, and even the respect you spread while instructing the "girls" :) all of that makes me want to work out despite the pain and fatigue. I start with "Bailando" (Enrique Iglesias) to use it as a warm up, then I continue with "Mambo #5" and finish with Pitbull's "Fireball." My goal is to catch up with the ladies in Toño Rosario's "Don't worry, be happy" :D, but that one is still out of my league. Not for long, I pray and hope. Again receive abundant blessings and much love from this very sunny and hot piece of island.

Your routine is perfect to do with toning sticks and it is easy to remember. Changed the waves to ab crunches for gold. Thanks as always
