Tanx Sunny, for a lot of people, I hate that word lockdown, but a lot of people have been overwhelmed with fear 24 /7 for 2 years and 2 months in the news ,newspapers masks hysteria and plus their past trauma and now the new fears by the masters in America and Russia-Ukraine the big powers and again the ordinary people are again the pawns, any ideas for the ordinary people...🤝💚🙏🏻🔑👍🧘🏼‍♂️

One thing that I've found powerful to completely shift my state of consciousness and also move forward in my life is to put my ATTENTION on CONSCIOUSNESS its self, and hold it there. Not to necessarily put my attention on any form in particular, put to put it on that Essence that we're all connected to. My mind either completely shuts off or I receive thoughts that are in alignment with my hearts desire. Great video Sunny! Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day. Much Love 🙏

Pleasantly potent. Obsidian-scalpel-sharp, to the atom. Straight to the 'point.'
No goofy New Age muzak. No spooky binaural beats. No slop. No dreck. No obnoxious Neo-Advaita ass-clown preaching. No 'cats eating cat-food' lip-smacking; voice tone and cadence well-measured and balanced. Good audio.
Just straight-up clean Pointing, with blissful merciful silence, in between the pointings. _Most_ appreciated! Well done!

Even when attention goes out towards thoughts etc, there is still awareness of this.
The identification with the experience of attention latching onto objects is the issue, not the attention going outward itself.
I started to notice this when the mind wanted to make an issue of “failing” because attention going outward. Eventually I noticed, there’s knowing of this too.
It’s all appearing in the infinite field.
There’s an intuition that even the knowing is simply an appearance in the infinite field that will eventually dissolve until there is only what is, where things like “awareness” and “consciousness” are just concepts like everything else.

Surrender is such a huge aspect of spirituality. Any type of need for control, progress, and novelty comes from fear and ultimately the mind. It will have you thinking you're "spiritual" and doing these spiritual practices but only for the minds agenda. Crazy.

I have purposefully made experience that the mind cannot stand as a test of the ability to simply abide as the knowing of the experience.
For my mind, it heavily dislikes both country music and death metal. I don’t know why, but if I make a playlist of these two genres and listen to them while meditating it seems to result in either a falling to the mind’s conditioning or a strengthening in abiding as the knowing.
It seems like such a strange practice but one day I happened upon it by accident and it was amazing. Torturous for the mind though.

Thank You Sunny, I have been practicing self-inquiry for a while and I have come to the recognition that I am not the objects and the feelings but I cannot give up that I am not this body.
At last, when I'll die I finish being aware of.....Then the knower will end.
On the other end if there is only couscuosness and it is not an object how to reach it spiritually? It is an oxymoron. If Thath wigh all the thig are made of is spirit is unmanifest.....how can how can I be able to feel infinite / ONE?
And no one has ever returned (from the realm of death) to tell us "look dissolved in awareness and everything is still fine" ... in short, in the end it seems to me that everything is nothing. Thanks

For some reason, I get really hung up on the word "surrender". I don't think I know what it means, really. I've been struggling with this for so long that just hearing the word has a terrible negative reaction, because it's like a secret code word that will never make sense to me, and then my mind decides that I can never make spiritual progress because I will never understand how to "surrender". It's sounds so silly and stupid, I am sure, but I could cry that one stupid thing acts as such an enormous obstacle.

  • @prof.manjeetsinghjcboseust9034
    @prof.manjeetsinghjcboseust9034 ปีที่แล้ว

Here is one humble request you to my dear brother, you should give attention to your own development i.e. to understand what is actual meditation and dissolve there. After that if spontaneously there arises need of sharing with other this knowledge (how to do inquiry etc.), share it. But if you will go through the whole process completely, there will be no other and there will be no need of sharing anything. Try to understand my point and do not indulge in Maya, many sages remained silent even after they achieved highest (example Sh. Ranjeet Maharaj, sh. Nisargdatta Maharaj Guru Bhai remained around 50 years silent).
