Keeps isn't a scam, but nor is it a completely honest and upstanding product. You heavily imply that you use it, but you don't. This isn't exactly the most ethical of sponsorships, is it?

The only kickstarter i was a part of was the Babadook Book. It was a nightmare. it moved off the site to its own site after its second run. It took almost over a full year to get me my book and i DID NOT GET THE AUTOGRAPHED BOOK I PAID FOR before being essentially told to toss off
I backed 'Ruler by Default' in 2014. It was done by a couple who broke up around 2016-2017. But the lady (the artist) eventually forced her ex-BF to finish the game and they shipped it around mid-late 2018. I back 'Kendo Crush' in April 2014, and in March 2015 they were all like "Yeah, we're nearly done, hope to release it soon!". Two week later they cancelled Kendo Crush and updated the project to 'ACE Academy' which was their next game they were *actually* working on in that time. So that was confusing. And the last thing I backed (and refunded) was Shenmue III. I backed it early. When they got "too much money" I refunded, because I knew it'd take an extre 2-3 years beyond their time frame before it'd be available, and they kept changing the goals, goals amount and goal posts. So the original special edition and other stuff I originally paid for I was moved out of that goal because they up'd the price. Haven't touched a backing site since, they're just cons.

What a scam! A few years back I joined a Kickstarter campaign for pretty much the same thing, except these ones actually had working bone conductor tech. Unfortunately they were too quiet and not very good sound quality, I ended up using them like twice then just went back to headphones
i had a pair of aftershokz, they were pretty awesome, but they were in no way "quiet" to actually be able to hear them well, especially while doing things like, riding a motorcycle, they had to be max volume, and so you usually left them there, and then other people could actually hear them...

I mean that is the problem with believing in a dream at some point you gotta wake up. The sad thing is no one seems to learn the most important lesson if something's too good to be true it always is.
It has never, not one time not been true for any of these Kickstarter indiegogo things. Anytime someone offers something so outlandish and amazing it's always going to be fake or based on a product that already exists. But this is why people fall for dumb tricks all the time, this is like carnival logic 101. How to separate a stupid sucker from their money and walk away scott free.

Remember folks, if fixing baldness was truly possible as a sure thing there wouldn’t be balding billionaires. Think about it, the people with the most money in the world are either choosing to remain bald or baldness is just that hard to fix. Which do you suppose is the most likely answer?
