The greatest songwriter alive. The most charming man alive. His kids are awfully nice too.
One of my favorite things about Sir Paul is his modesty and willingness to give credit where credit is due. Years back, someone asked him what it was like to be the world’s greatest song lyricist and he replied, “I think that you have me confused with Neil Finn.” I was astonished because I have always thought that Neil Finn’s lyrics are poetry and that he has never been given the credit he deserves. If you don’t know Neil’s work, check out the music of Crowded House.

I’m so glad that Sir Paul is still around to entertain and teach us many things. His daughter Mary is a very special and wonderful lady.
I just love this. One of the things I love about Paul is that he’s always remained just a down to earth guy. 60 years of adulation by billions and he never seems to take himself too seriously.

I'd like to know if there's anything he can't do. The level of detail in the actual preparation and the running dialogue... combined with the joy and love of being with his daughter. Hat's off Sir Paul.
I fell in love with Paul in 1964 because he was the “cute one”, but then I discovered he was so much more. He earned my respect because he has been a dedicated husband and father, he loves animals, he is enormously talented and yet he seems down to earth and humble, AND he has always been involved in humanitarian and animal causes. Long live Paul, such a force of good in the world.

Yeh. He needs to spread his enormous wealth, and people need to wakeup and stop praising the mega rich while so many people are starving or living on the breadline.
@@joesmoke9624 he got his wealth because many people wanted a piece of his action. I have less problem with him, as opposed to, say, the Koch Brothers. There is so much wealth hidden from the curious public. The breadline itself is a meager blessing, and perfunctory reminder that humans are more comfortable with success stories.

The way she says “lovingly made by my dad” is so sweet. Except her dad isn’t just any dad, but one of the most beloved and admired people in the world, and in history for that matter. She is so, so lucky to have such a wonderful dad, both for his clear love for her as well as for what a special person he is, and we are ALL lucky that he is still alive and well and blessing us with his talent and inspiration. I know I owe a tremendous amount of who I am today to the music Paul McCartney created with his band mates.
I fell in love with you when I first saw you on my tv set, running, smiling, singing during the film A Hard's Days Night in 1972/73, I was 12 and since then I never stopped singing and singing the songs you've all created.
