Good streching execise for the neck muscles such as SCM, Trapezius, Splenius capitalis. Elastic band exercise is also good streching exercise for inceasing a head speed muscles such as Serratus anterior and Latissimus dorsi.

Thanks Steve .. another good solid point to consider ... however, for me .. with several old auto accident injuries .. my neck will always be a sore point and a limitation.

I tend to get a good swing when I take my time and start the swing slowly and through the ball.

Hi Steve I’ve always struggled to turn and think this highlights why…Ive been keeping my adams apple facing forward to the ball.
In that last big turn you did, how much do you think your adams apple rotated? many thanks Rob

20 or 30 degrees. As long as I can still see the ball I'm good.

But Steve there are so many variables, your neck length is probably the most noticeable... but your right
stretching every day will help... keep in mind your body and mine have different limitations ... caution your viewer
to know there own body limits...
Love your videos though .. keep them coming 😁😁

Almost half time of presentation you still do not demonstrate the secret of using driver. Please be straight forward. Since English not my second language it's difficult to catch your words.

Shoulders don't turn. What anatomy class teaches that shoulders turn? You aren't helping any golfer get better by saying "Shoulder turn".

So I should show off my Masters level in Kinesiology just to be anatomically accurate while losing 95% of the audience to 'correct terminology?' Nah I'll pass...but I look forward to watching your awesome channel!

@@Inmotion70 I’m just saying getting people to focus on their “shoulders turning” takes their focus off how to take a full backswing. The picture of Nicklaus is a perfect example. His legs turn the hips that turn the torso that turn the shoulders. Not trying to be a smart ass.
