The opening was so dark it almost put me off. But then the dry down with the cypriol oil was amazing. Like I had coated myself in dark pungent woods. Cologne cedrat also has the nicest bergamot opening ive ever smelled
Great review - sooo much information. I absolutely love the dry down on clothes (I have a jacket that smelled of this for weeks). However, I’m trying to figure out why I smell creamy coconut (i.e. cocoa butter) in the beginning? I feel like I have a good sense of figuring out specific scents in a fragrance, but I can’t seem to figure where this is coming from. Any thoughts?
Since your one of main person whose experience with Oud is exceptional, I have an important question. Is Oud Vert intense a spring/summer scent? And do you recommend wearing Oud Blue Intense in the warm also? Thank you for any advice you’re able to share.
This fragrance is so mesmerizing to me. I love woody fragrance and this particular one has that tiny sweetness that makes it perfect.

Paraguayan Guaiac has that cacao butter feel to it almost like coconut!
