After blending and seasoning the beans purée , I made sure to stir it well with the whisker, I stir till my mixture looks fluffy, this will help the moi moi rise
I thought moi moi is cooked with steam not dipped into water. I think it is elevated above the water in the pot by leave stems so that it's the steam that cooks the moi moi not water. please correct me if I am wrong
Are you on your period? There’s a myth that when you are on your period moi moi won’t get done, except you knot a nylon 3 times and place it in the pot.
Mine does not stick though Try to put enough water in the pot. And make sure when tying the nylon it's not too tight. Just carefully follow the process in the video. I'm certain you will get a better result ❤️

Please the long pepper 🌶️ do i need to remove the seed?i heard it makes food bitter when cooked with the seed.
There's no need removing it, so far your blender can crush the seeds.

Looks delish! I am always doubling my leather so i dont need to double leather when i ask for ice water leather??
The ice water nylon is thick enough, but I know people that still double it to be on a safe side. Thanks for watching

Both works. But I added cold water

It can be cooked both ways
Hi new here.
❤️❤️
How do you prefer the Nylon from burning or sticking to the base of the pot and ruining everything
Make sure there's enough water in the pot and also cook on medium heat.
Thanks. That was my mistake 🤦🏽♂️
Pls ma anytime I made my moimoi, it's not always done well and sometimes it will stive in the nylon what could be the cause
Could be the mixture was too thick, or you didn't add enough oil.
Next time pls follow my procedure, hopefully it comes out better.
Thank you 😍
❤️
My moi moi have refused to done ooo 🙆
Are you on your period? There’s a myth that when you are on your period moi moi won’t get done, except you knot a nylon 3 times and place it in the pot.
Could be your mixture is too watery also
Çan i use just rodo?
You can mix with the shombo
Don't use just rodo
Why my moi moi is not hard what am I doing wrong😢
Formoi moi, the batter should not be watery also make sure to mix it well.
Problem i have with using nylon is that it using sticks to the pot and would often burst. 😢
Can anybody help with hacks?
Mine does not stick though
Try to put enough water in the pot.
And make sure when tying the nylon it's not too tight.
Just carefully follow the process in the video.
I'm certain you will get a better result ❤️
Beautiful but the "H" factor is killing me! 🤦🏽♂️
