@@DivingandDogs Which dive center did you use? website will be very helpful. I'm debating if we should go there or bohol panglao. is this a package 4 day 10 dives. I will be bringing my 13-year old OWC diver too
Thank you for the question. Dive Resort: Kasai Village kasaivillage.com My daughter was 14 this summer when the video was shot. She didn't have any issues and all the dives were appropriate for her age and level. Kasai was an all-in-one package. Probably on the mid to high expense range. Kasai also organised our trip to diving with the Whale Sharks, which was an excellent experience. The whale shark vlog can also be found on this channel. I've not yet dived Bohol. For me, four dive sites stood out, the sardine run, the whale sharks and the two dives on Pescador Island. I hope this helped. Thank you for watching.
@@DivingandDogs that so awesome. Thank u for ur insight. Our diving stomping ground is Monterey California known for its Kelp Forestry. However, our dive site is cold water diving. 7mm or dry suit min to dive. My 13 year old son is swimming competitively since he was 7 and dives recreationally with me. He has no issues with diving or being in the water. Thanks again for the intel love the content of ur videos
Very few sharks in the Philippines. I dove on 5 trips all over and the only place you really see sharks is Tubbataha. The only danger are triggers when nesting. Worth going for the sardines for 3 days of diving I guess.
I'm guessing the lack of reef sharks is due to overfishing. I did see reef and thresher sharks up at Malapascua and Whale Sharks in Oslob. The Sardines were excellent and mostly garenteed. Same with the Threshers in Malapascua and the Whale Sharks in Oslob.
@@DivingandDogs Whale Sharks not fed are best seen in Sogod Bay in the winter months. That is part of my plan for next Feb-March. I want to film with my GoPro 8 this time around. You can check my channel by the way. Take care!
@@nilstar6443 In the Philippines I was not diving with a tray, I was diving with a GoPro 9 on a selfie stick and a handheld torch! Not an easy trick! The torch I used was a Tovatec Fusion 530. In my Alor Guide I then progressed to a tray with a GoPro 10 and the Tovatec Fusion 530 torch attached. Finally I now dive with a tray, a Gopro 10 and two Tovatec Fusion 530 torches. The reason I dive with the Tovatec Fusion 530 is because they were on sale at the time! It is a very basic set up, and relatively cheap, but it seems to get nice enough results. I hope this helps :)

Shock and Awe 😮

Amazing shots , but also sad they trowing the anker ...................
Yes. With well established dive sites, they really need mooring buoys set up.

amazing school of fish 😯
The Microphone: Still haven't got the hang on how to use it - I turn my head the wrong way a couple of times, I know rookie mistakes :)
The Sardines Shoal at Moalboal - I think the rhymes :)
Wow, those shots of the school of fishes were breathtaking to watch!
Thank you for you comment. Diving the sardine run was amazing.

Thank you so much for the unique information. Just a quick note, there are many things to do other than diving in Moalboal. Best Regards to you.
Thank you for your comment. There's a little bit of a town center, but I believe the majority of the stuff revolves around diving.
Fantastic. Usually, what the depths of the dives? Easy dives?
Thank you for the question. Moalboal is relatively easy diving, with it only getting bottomless out on Pescador Island.

Not seeing many sharks is not a good sign.
True. The whole reef system will eventually collapse if sharks disappear. Raja Ampat reestablished their sharks and the reefs are fantastic.
Did u go to bocaray? How u compare the diving sight between Bocaray and Moalboal?
Thank you for the question. But unfortunately I have not dived Bocaray yet.
Thanks for your reply! Which dive center you recommend in Moalboal? Thanks
