Cleaning a Headstone With D2 Biological Solution

This is the process of using d2 biological solution to clean a slant headstone with build up on the name plates and etching.

Wow that D2 really does a cleaning. I talked to the monument company that did my parents and my monument about how to reduce mold and grime. The rep said to keep as much of the surface polished so that is what we did. There is no rough surface etching and lettering all has a polished surface. A couple of weeks ago I saw at the cemetery we use they went around and sprayed something on all of the monuments. I saw after the recent rains that many of the older monuments looked cleaner. Sunday I walked around the older part and they cleaned all of the white marble monuments. They were snow white from what ever was used.

Do you first get permission to clean someone's stone? I would think you have to.
