The metro Sofia station before yesterday I went to an adventure of Metro Sofia. It was so fun. I went to all the lines from Sofia airport to Vitosha
Cool Sofia metro, very beautiful and modern stations and trains, very interesting video turned out, thanks for the review, greetings from Alma-Ata!!!👍👌🔥🚇🇧🇬
Interesting to see a “lattice” type of platform screen at some of the stations.
Likely used because the door layouts are not standardized
I've never seen suicide prevention barriers like those before. 🤣🤣🤣
I'm a bit late, but they're actually quite good TBF. They're sturdier than they look, harder to climb and harder to lift overall, while also sounding a bit of an alarm when touched.
Fantastic video my friend. Have a great weekend. Greetings from Czechia. ;) BIG LIKE
0:35 this train looks like Rusich from Moscow
Yes, that's it, but with some constructive changes (engine)
Так это они и есть.
@@user-su5ji1zt6pI wonder why. Only other change they had to make was standard gauge instead of Russian gauge tracks
Great video!👏😁
This metro is goods station, trains and good video
Wow, M3 definitely was aided by china in construction, those platform doors look identical to the ones in Shanghai! Cool to see the same stuff far across the world.
It has Siemens-made metro trains (in Poland) and Siemens-made automation and the stations and tunnels of this line were built by a Turkish company from what I heard. These platform-screen doors are from Westinghouse (which is owned by the German company Knorr-Bremse). So there is actually no Chinese company that made the line.
There're exact same doors on M3 line in Minsk
They’re seemingly just a default design for metro stations that don’t warrant full height doors such as those above ground
Great video! I've subscribed. I've ridden some of the Sofia Metro but prefer the trams.
Well done!
nice video!
Better than London Underground😃
The lattice screens look beautiful. Wish more system had them instead of a solid barrier that blocks the view of the train.
I just like arrived at home at 8:17 I mean 18:17 😅😅😅
✌️
Where are Nomernoi trains?
Didn't get to see them unfortunately 😥
Don't they work in Sofia anymore?
@@дурачок , i think that they are still in service today.
@@дурачок they are still in operation, but you are concidered kinda lucky if you get to see one
Most of the trains look angry lol
those antisuicide thingies are really cool
I wonder if they are solid enough tho
@@central-city probably not but I suppose if they break they trigger an alarm
@@skyde72 I suppose yes, one of my friend told me in Japan they are quite sensitive, even if you touch it, it starts to ring.
@@central-city I see
@@skyde72Even the slightest touch triggers an alarm.
Русичи уже старички, а когда-то чудом техники выглядели.

Nobody knows about the metro station Central railway station
When even Bulgaria has a more modern metro than your country.
Where are you from? 😜
@@central-city The US. I'm sure you can see what I mean.
@@HAL-bo5lr Yes the US is definitely not the best country when it comes to public transport, especially metros (or subway as you call it 😜).
thats all? sensless video
Nope, everyone used to watch these as a kid, admit it.
What did you expect? 😉
