Unbelievable. I heard they don't bother to clean anything because those trains will be scrapped soon, but still that's not an excuse. Having all the windows blocked by paint isn't even legal according to safety regulations, in case of emergency no one can see where to exit. It's a criminal negligence to keep trains in such state.
