- How to use Dual Channel TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Machine with 20 Modes, TENS Unit Electrode Pads.
PAIN RELIEF MACHINE. The rechargeable electric muscle massager can stimulate the sensory nerves and muscles, activate specific natural pain gate mechanisms, relax your body, and have pain management anytime you feel the need.

The shaped 2" TENS electrodes are recommended for more compact pain areas like the knees or elbows. Just got this. There's no button to make it start. Power button yes but once you pick settings it did nothing.
I can't even find instructions on their damn website. Can anyone tell me where to place the electrode red vs white on a knee?
I called the local physical therapist and the local spinal therapist, both places said one on each side of the sore area or above and below that most tens home units alternate between the two pads plus don’t stick well on bony parts and the red or white shldnt affect it since the pads are all white ends. I just got mine a week ago and I love it! Did yours come with a hard white tray covered in lil raised nipple deals on both sides? If so what’s it for? Lol
