the problem with Square and many other companies, they don't accept people outside USA or Europe .. uk , so if you live outside stripe will be the only choose

Why didn't you mention that if you go with stripe , you cannot go with a different merchant , you're pretty much stuck with stripe

Yes they are secure but they freeze your funds for small stuff. My account got froze 3x with strip
