Brigitte breaks down some of the many nutritional and medicinal benefits of dandelions. They are versatile, adaptable, and can survive adversity.
From improving soil quality to making a medicinal cup of tea--and everything in between--even if you thought you knew some cool things about dandelions, this episode will shed lots more light on this undervalued weed.
Turns out the dandelion is quite possibly the #1 weed that Big Food, Big Pharma, and Big Ag don't want you to know much about.
After listening in to this episode, you will be embracing dandelions for all the ways they can save you money, improve your health, and make your little corner of this big planet a little better.

@MichelleVisser Got London broil steaks from Shaw's 2.77lb I asked my butcher to make them as big as they could they made them a little over 4 inches thick, and put 2 in a pack. so a little over 9.5lbs each and I was allowed to get 2 they cut most of the fat off. Now I will cut them into steaks and roasts and cube some. I could of gotten the whole thing with the tallow but I was not going to cut that up and render it. So we still can save money we just have to ask.
