Sulphuric acid drain cleaner से सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड को प्यूरीफाय कर के दिखाओ क्योंकि बैटरी एसिड का concentration करना बहुत मुश्किल काम है मैंने किया 2 लीटर से सिर्फ़ 350ml 96% sulphuric acid बनता है और उसे 300 डिग्री पर उबालना भी बड़ा मुश्किल काम होता है

the process is known as czochralski method firstly the ultra pure poly crystalline silicon is placed in a cause crucible and emotion in an inert atmosphere and a single small seed crystal to a metal rod then the seed crystal is dipped in the molten silicon and slowly puld out

Step 1 is to remove most of the soluable salt using multiple rinse of hot water. It might require a small amount of HCl for pH.
Step 2 is to remove organic material using hot O2 or similar.
Step 3 is to remove Fe compounds. The easiest way is to heat in H2 to convert them to magnetic forms and remove with a magnet. These actually have value to blacksmiths, especially small hobby types if the quality is good and completely converted to Fe.
Step 4 is removal of Ca and Mg compounds, usually by dissolving in HCl , but this can also be done combination with Step 5.
Step 5 is to convert the remaining materials into a gas mixture using Cl2 gas.
The final purification is done by distillation of the gas mixture to separate them from each other.
Step 6 is just converting the pure gas back to a solid using H2.
Steps 1 -4 are simple. The remaining steps are very challenging and require special industrial equipment.
