Once you loosen ALL 4 roller adjustment screws, you might have to hold the door all the way up while you insert thin screwdrivers under each lower roller to hold them up against their springs. Then you can swing the bottom of the door out. Video should be redone to reflect this.
Ace does not actually do screen door replacement service anymore. Don't make my mistake and do all the work of removing your screen door and bringing it to Ace.
