I've been waiting for you to react to this! Not many people can match Chris Stapleton, but Chris Klafford is quite possibly the only person who could do this song justice. I actually prefer this Chris's voice with this song!
Chris Kläfford is from Sweden . a country boy. He won the Swedish Idol I believe and was in AGT were he sang IMAGINE . HEAR IT.

He's from Sweden. He had one of the best performances ever on America's Got Talent. That's where pretty much everyone found out about him. You have to see that performance. It puts this one to shame.

Even though he is stellar in this performance his strongest side is the the more subdued and melancholy him. He does fantastic versions of Billie Eilish "Ocean Eyes", Cindi Lauper's "Girls Just want to have fun" and Chris Isaaks "Wicked Game" that far exceeds the originals.
His own music is also VERY good although perhaps wont render that many clicks. His song "I'm not ready" about when he found out his grandfather had Cancer is ...well..a tear jerker and a very fitting song in these dark times. His song "Cold at the Alter" is about when he sang "Halleluja" on his grandmothers funeral and is great.
He won Swedish Idol 2017 after his 5th try! Got headhunted for Americas Got Talent to do his rendition of John Lennons "imagine" which is their 5th most played video ever. He has sold platinum in Sweden and is a well known name here but perhaps not regarded as a superstar even though he is respected by all.

Hi Gitana! This was actually my first time hearing him sing as well. I thought it was very well done. He stayed true to Chris Stapleton’s version but added his own spin on it. Can’t really say which one is better because they are different but I will say I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to hearing more

Fun reaction to him. I was blown away by his performance on AGT years ago. Something about Swedish singers. My great grandfather had an incredible voice and his hone town in Sweden is known for great voices.

Chris Kläfford is from Sweden. He had been touring for years playing bars, pubs etc and then entered Swedish Idol 2017 and won. Think it was about a year later he did try his luck on AGT. Popular but did not win. He did win a lot of fans though...

Chris is from Sweden and is one of their top performers in Sweden. And the Swedes love that Chris is one of theirs.. sort to speak. Chris won the "Swedish Idol 2017" and sang Imagine on AGT in 2019. By appearing on AGT, he than became know internationally. Chris' popularity has been growing ever since. So Gitana, I can tell that you get that same sensory tingle from certain music that I do, where it literally tingles up your spine into your fingertips. Some people get it from ASMR sounds, I get it from music, and Chris's voice does that for me too. I always imagine that if the rest of the world knew how music could make me feel, how it can cause such a physical reaction, they'd be super jealous.

Chris is a swed just like me . He won Sweden idol and won it then i went to usa and sing in amarican got tallant and place 5 i belive. He is alsow a sing and song writer. He lives i northen sweden in a very small town
