    베이킹에 대해 아예 모르는 사람입니다,,! 제누와즈 숙성은 냉장고에서 하나요 냉장고 밖 실온에서 하나요..?😂
    그리구 완성된 케익은 실온에서 몇시간까지 괜찮은건지도 궁금해요,, 완성된 케익 들고 장거리 이동도 될까 싶어서요

      다음날 만든다면 실온에서 보관하셔도 괜찮구요! 보냉제와 같이 둔다면 2-3시간 정도는 괜찮을 것 같습니다😊

    계란중탕할때 물 온도는 팔팔끓은 상태가 아니여도 되죠? 제누와즈는 기본인데도 늘 어렵네요ㅠ
