I love love love this series. I have really nice clothes and you have encouraged me to put them together differently. I’ve copied several of the looks from this series. I’m going to do the first look tomorrow although I don’t own a bomber jacket. What I have is a cropped floral blazer that would work as a statement jacket. Keep the series coming, it is awesome!

Today I had my first hairdresser after lock down and she said to me, what a great Outfit you have! It was all vintage, I assure you.about 10, 15 years old. I just shopped my closet.that is the reason, I don’t want to declutter my closet to much!

Loved your récréations of the looks. Since the days of dressing for office work are long, long gone, 2010 was last, I thought I will pass. Hi! Any thoughts on color theory? I've always thought you look wonderful in autumn shades, as I do, but you also have a lot of cool colors as your base wardrobe pieces (which look lovely on you, too!). Would be interested to hear how you think about color when choosing what to buy.
I always enjoy watching and learning from your videos. I get great ideas and I've become more confident in my ability to put outfits together. I live in Florida so it stays pretty warm year round, so this video was right on time. the comment from Claudia was "just be inspired" which is so true, first, I was trying to copy everything, which was very costly and frustrating. I also love in other series how you have translated the latest trends into something workable 'for the rest of us'! And--with what's already in my closet! I have re-discovered some of my garments. You sort of already do this and you touched on it in this video-if you are looking for more series ideas how about specifically focusing on updating looks? To have that classic 'well curated' closet--how to make sure that it doesn't go out of style. That is kind of what you are already doing--which I love-just maybe a more specific focus to recognize and stay out of ruts! You rock! Thank you so much!

Love this video series. I find it so helpful to appreciate the wardrobe I have. I love this series that you do but also love when you create 10/15 outfits with a particular item. There are pieces I love but I tend to style them the same way every time.
Beautiful work wear style! You re-recreated these looks and then some....well done. I love this series and look forward to the second Sunday of every month. Although, my work-days are behind me, I appreciate this video so much. It will certainly help those who are still in the hustle-bustle on their careers. My favorite was the first look. Those wide leg culottes amped up this look and made it better than the one you were re-creating.

You should recreate a look by Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn. I think if either of those ladies were to be plucked from that time and dropped into today, they would blend in seamlessly because their style is so timeless.
I loved both looks. I preferred your second look to the inspiration photo. I think it is more suitable to people who do not have perfect figures (although you do!).

Love both looks. Now, the only thing is, I'd have to seriously reinterpret both styles because bomber jackets and long sleeves in summer are too hot in either of the U.S. cities I've worked in. I'd have to stick with a cotton blouse with rolled-up sleeves and only wear a jacket of any kind if I really had to. This would be great for late spring, though. :)

I liked both looks. The second look I would have tied a scarf with a similar blue hue to the handbag, to add a pop of the blue below the waist and to tie it into the blouse.
Oh, Alyssa! I had this blue "monochrome" outfit saved on my Pinterest! Cannot wait to see what you have made of it, I will have my take with black&white monochrome as I own very little blue workwear.

Nice job Alyssa - I especially liked look #2, the beige/neutral belt and shoes stood out nicely against the outfit. When I first looked at the inspiration outfit, I thought it was a high waist skirt with a fitted top, so your look of the high waisted skirt and nice top captured work wear vibe better , I thought.
love both looks, but the 2nd one just bettered the first by a fraction, actually love the different texture the shirt gave to the look, I know the additional interest was not supposed to be there but I liked that suggestion of added interest.
I loved both looks so much! The first was so great because it is SOOOO something I wear already (what you created w the culottes actually looked like one of my usual outfit uniforms!). I just don't do high pointed heels often but otherwise totally me! I only wish I could find a used version of that H&m blazer of yours in my size! 😉 Maybe someday if I'm lucky. It would fit my closet so well. But that cropped blazer thing is something I do often and I loved your take on it! I loved the look of the second one too and actually really liked the blouson effect you had going on (also? Gorgeous blouse!)--plus I learned something new--what a revelation to use a skinny belt w a high waisted pencil skirt!!! I will be trying that for sure. Thanks for another great video!

Love this video series. I find it so helpful to appreciate the wardrobe I have. I love this series that you do but also love when you create 10/15 outfits with a particular item. There are pieces I love but I tend to style them the same way every time.
Beautiful work wear style! You re-recreated these looks and then some....well done. I love this series and look forward to the second Sunday of every month. Although, my work-days are behind me, I appreciate this video so much. It will certainly help those who are still in the hustle-bustle on their careers. My favorite was the first look. Those wide leg culottes amped up this look and made it better than the one you were re-creating.

You should recreate a look by Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn. I think if either of those ladies were to be plucked from that time and dropped into today, they would blend in seamlessly because their style is so timeless.

Love both looks. Now, the only thing is, I'd have to seriously reinterpret both styles because bomber jackets and long sleeves in summer are too hot in either of the U.S. cities I've worked in. I'd have to stick with a cotton blouse with rolled-up sleeves and only wear a jacket of any kind if I really had to. This would be great for late spring, though. :)

I liked both looks. The second look I would have tied a scarf with a similar blue hue to the handbag, to add a pop of the blue below the waist and to tie it into the blouse.

Nice job Alyssa - I especially liked look #2, the beige/neutral belt and shoes stood out nicely against the outfit. When I first looked at the inspiration outfit, I thought it was a high waist skirt with a fitted top, so your look of the high waisted skirt and nice top captured work wear vibe better , I thought.

I loved both looks so much! The first was so great because it is SOOOO something I wear already (what you created w the culottes actually looked like one of my usual outfit uniforms!). I just don't do high pointed heels often but otherwise totally me! I only wish I could find a used version of that H&m blazer of yours in my size! 😉 Maybe someday if I'm lucky. It would fit my closet so well. But that cropped blazer thing is something I do often and I loved your take on it! I loved the look of the second one too and actually really liked the blouson effect you had going on (also? Gorgeous blouse!)--plus I learned something new--what a revelation to use a skinny belt w a high waisted pencil skirt!!! I will be trying that for sure. Thanks for another great video!
