its the "Faller smoke generator kit 180690" I would recommend this for like a burning building or something instead of making steam for engines. It's real hard to position/ get the effect going before using a whole can of fluid. Most people (and me too soon) are using a proper party smoke machine and just limit that a little. It sells the feel much much better!
