It is just a weird coincidence that after Steam DRM encrypting .exe files of both 11 and 12 some antiviruses started thinking that their hash resembles that of a certain virus from around 2007/2010 that targeted Korean hotel wi-fis. But it is just that - a coincidence, and that virus wouldn't've targeted normal computers anyway, so your PC is safe from that. About Flandre, you sure you've properly tried her special move? The one she has instead of water succ, it does pretty decent damage and you don't even need to aim it.
