The direction he's facing is pretty much only a factor in dealing with force function orb. It may have changed wince I stopped really actively playing him but we didn't really do FF orb cross up stuff back then. For normal orb you just want to pay attention to which side Seth was on when he put the orb down. You can always block the orb by holding away from that direction. Seth can still personally hit you on the other side right before the orb so it's not like there's NO mix here but it makes it more manageable.
@@daikoooo My understanding is that they changed the cross up rules universally because if they used the old rules for Kaguya then she would be kind of fucked.
Definitely easier to follow hearing it described with examples
So what I should take in account when blocking is mainly the side Seth's facing when he sets the orb?

GOATED!!!
U deserve 1m sub😢😢😢
so does seth have unreactable crossups anymore?
You can make them happen off of certain situations.
It's definitely not as free as it used to be though.
Does the cross up in the corner still work with j.6C > j.236A, meaty 2A > 2A > 214[A]?
No, unfortunately not.
Because the game remembers where Seth is when he sets the orb and you can always block that direction.
@@Pen7Ninja damn that sucks. Literally my favourite thing to do. Was surprised it was blocked so often, now i know why. Why did they change it?

@@Pen7Ninja makes sense, thank you!
