Screw that, it is about my health and they are laws. I have utilized the judge of peace and succeeded in recovering my peace. Reasonable is not disturbing me in MY home or not being able to have a conversation in my yard, or meditate, or sit at the dinner table with my kid because the dishes are vibrating from the bass. Also, many times it isn't music, and its like measuring their **** with the bass. I have had nice nieghbors have a birthday party, play nice music, musica typica, they do their thing and they had a great time without disturbing us.
Pointing with lips is not just a Panamanian thing. You have it in the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, Cameroon, El Salvador and many other Latin American countries.

My parents were born in panama but most of the things that she has mentioned im used to it so I guess dating a nother panamanian would be easy for me
