The arid interior of Australia is home to the world's most venomous snake - the yellow-brown fierce snake. This coiled beauty is actually far from fierce but should the shy serpent bite, the most toxic of all snake venoms is discharged accompanied by a spreading agent that increases the rate the neurotoxic venom is absorbed. Wild Ones finds inspiration in the rhythms of nature as shown through the wonders of the animal kingdom. It explores different aspects of animal behavior, including hunting techniques and feeding habits, family relationships and defense mechanisms, courtship, and mating rituals. The King Brown is Australia's most dangerous snake. Far more aggressive than the Taipan, or Red Bellied Black Snake, & comes into contact with humans alot more, which obviously doesn't always end well, but the 96+ Elapid species in this country are all venomous, & the majority can make you very unwell if not careful. Thanks for another great doco & your channel is Awesome.
These small creatures have these deadlest weapons for survive in their natural environment, in facts the venon is the most powerful between the animal kingdom that can kill a human being in hours. 🐍🦎🕷🕸 thanks for sharing this wonderful episodes. Great job💯

Wow, this video on the most venomous wild creatures is both fascinating and nerve-wracking! Nature's incredible diversity never fails to amaze me, but it's a stark reminder of the importance of respecting the wild and understanding the delicate balance that exists. Kudos to the creator for shedding light on these extraordinary creatures.

I would enjoy the documentary more if it wasn't for the American over dramatic music . Couldn't work out whether I was watching a nature program or one of Gordon Ramsay's programs. That's where the UK is better with its nature shows, it's a calming and pleasurable to watch

let me guess. do a few experiments to detemine the leathal dose of the venom for 1 mouse then measure the max dosage of venom injected by the snake in one bite. thats all now divide this value by the leathal dose to 1 mouse to determine how many mice the snake could potentially kill with venom of one bite
Mice are used to measure venom toxicity because their reaction to venom is similar to that of humans and there seems to be a lack of human volunteers for testing. Deadliness depends not only on toxicity but also yield (amount inoculated). On that scale, if the SE Asia cobra rates at 1, the Eastern Diamond back rattle snake rates at 0.097 while these taipans rate at a couple of hundred.

The island actually sounds like a dangerous place. The name of the island reminds me of a popular movie where all the people die on the island except for 4 characters

Animal documentary directors are as underrated as animals themselves

Except when "man" decides to misinterpret peace and tranquility with war weapons and shoot our future to death. Even snakes use discretion.
My best documentary channel on TH-cam
Documentaries like this just continue to reinforce my lack of desire to ever go to Australia. Too many things there that can kill you.
I'm never going there lol

That was so interesting! I think the Funnel Web Spider would the most dangerous to humans here.
Incredible footage and narration but unnecessarily overbearing music.
If you look deeply enough, you will see music, the heart of nature is music everywhere.

LOL
“Enough venom in one blow to kill a quarter of a million mice.” How does one measure such a task 😂😂
LMAO wouldn't be surprised if someone literally did it with the venom to see
let me guess. do a few experiments to detemine the leathal dose of the venom for 1 mouse then measure the max dosage of venom injected by the snake in one bite. thats all now divide this value by the leathal dose to 1 mouse to determine how many mice the snake could potentially kill with venom of one bite
I mean, people out there, sell farts. I'm sure there's one that measured such a task. We live in a world full of surprises
They measure the lethal dose to kill 1 mice. So the lethal dose is 1/250000th the amount of what it can usually secrete in one bite.
Please make documentaries like this one that compares animals of its abilities.
Inland Taipan's venom could perhaps have many potential uses if researched
Probably as a bioweapon
Think they aren't..Just because it's not privy to the public doesn't mean they aren't light years ahead in their research
