The emphasis on developing self-awareness as the cornerstone of personal growth is truly enlightening. Just like Marcus Aurelius, who frequently emphasized the importance of understanding oneself, the video reminds us of the power of introspection. Cultivating self-awareness enables us to navigate life's challenges with composure and resilience, leading us towards becoming the best versions of ourselves.

🥰In 'How to Understand', Marco Aurélio draws a map of existence, with words that are guiding lights in the search for understanding.
Without a shadow of a doubt, it is a work that not only instructs, but also lights the flame of constant questioning, inviting us to follow the path of self-understanding.

As you write these, try not to use the word "like" any more than is absolutely necessary.
Another way to go about this would be to highlight that word in the whole text so that you can see how frequently it is repeated- sometimes in nearly every sentence- and then adjust your writing around that so that it flows better and does not become repetitive.
