    Worn drive belt can also be the problem…more likely than a bad motor, especially if the drum is spinning at all. Motors are usually all or nothing. This guy is more of a salesman than a tech.

    I used my brand new washer only three times. 1st time was perfect, 2nd time clothes stayed wet but not dripping, 3rd time half clothes come out dripping wet. Why, the washer is brand new? It balances out itself.

    Mine was the clutch worn out. Not a bad fix, go to the six pad replacement. I just bought the ring and it's working beautifully. Clean surface that the pads contact. Dont know why this man did not mention clutch.

    So it's gonna cost $10 for the motor and I can do it myself. New machine is tempting but if I can fix it then that will be cheaper :D

    I live in an apartment and our dryer machine is making my clothes wet and giving them a bad sour smell. How do I fix that?

    My clothes are super wet when I rinse on cold. No problems when I use any other temperature combinations. It’s only the rinse. I have a top loader Whirlpool washer. I kinda remember many years ago hearing that cold rinse would leave extra water in the clothes. IDK 🤷‍♀️ why?
    Any ideas?

    It’s rarely the motor.

      Drain pump..the pumpis weak,it dont suck the water out.check the tub,see if the motor is spinning fast.because a weak water pump wont suck the water out the tub,threw the drain pipe.

    My washer seems to be skipping the spin cycle and shuts off. I have to manual put in on spin every time and then it works. Any idea what is wrong?

    Talk talk talk... say NOTHING about checking Clutch or Pump .. or checking drain lines for clogging... this is exactly who you DO NOT WANT TO CALL. Guy is propped up against that washer like a car dealer. Step on up and spend that money... I'll pass.

    I dont understand this entire video. Aren't washers supposed to make clothes wet? And dryers are supposed to dry? Have I missed a huge leap forward in appliance technology?

      I'm experiencing this issue currently. Essentially my clothes, instead of just being damp, can be wringed out. They are 100x more wet than usual.

    • @MrSimonsays2592
      @MrSimonsays2592 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There's a huge difference in your clothes being damp/wet and being soaked enough to be wrung out. Lol he is talking about the latter, which is not good.
