I learn it by self-taught, and it took me like couple years. I think the best way to learn is watching TH-cam Tutorial and do more practice. You are welcome to ask me any question about using PS and AI, or any other software if I know how to use them I am willing to tell.

The images I used in the video are all transparent, what you need to do is fill the background where you want by using white brush.
