Mindfulness has helped me manage my bipolar disorder, life's many stressors and several serious medical conditions. Been doing it for a dozen years. Thanks.

Thank you for breaking it down in an easy to understand way! I know the next big step for me is regularly practicing mindfulness, but I didn't understand the other explanations. So glad I found your channel! Sending hugs of gratitude from the US!

This has honestly been so helpful esp the analogy of being at a train station. I’ve been able to notice when I’m having either a depressive or anxious thought and bring it back to the present with the 5,4,3,2,1 technique. Thank you so much ❤

Wow! Excellent tips. I love these. I have been doing the 5 minute guided video mindfulness meditation videos with my students but they need to be actively listening to the video. I think with your strategies, they would be able to practice mindful meditation on their own, anywhere, anywhere, thus developing a habit of always living in the present moment. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO. 💖

Thank you so much for this video.
This 5-4-3-2-1 technique was something I remember my therapist advised me to do it when I was going through depression and anxiety. It worked at that time.
But later I forgot about it.
Thank you for reminding me of the practice again. I'll start doing these right away!

Hi Ro, thanks for sharing this.
Of all the techniques I found on the Internet, I found yours to be really easy and straightforward. Really love the definition of your mindfulness! It's about being nonjudgmental about yourself. (I always beat up myself when I feel lost haha) the 54321 one actually sound like a real way to redirect back to reality. I will keep it simple and keep practicing!
