One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

I’m real glad you doing this way big, I was already on my way to weight loss, and yes being Albanian myself it’s hard to stay healthy when moms and aunts and grandmas always making stuff that contains bread lol. During quarantine lockdown last year I did the intermittent fasting thing, eating only once a day since I didn’t have to do anything but take a walk/ ride my bike or watch tv or play video games, etc. Choosing to eat between 1pm and 4-5pm so I don’t feel hungry at night and with a few first nights fighting the temptation it became easier and I was able to wrap my mind around it. Now I’m working and my job is real physical, lots of lifting and running around involved and I still stay at cutting out food after 5pm to let the intermittent fasting do it’s job and it’s working. Idk if I wanna get bulky and muscle mass, I used to but I would rather look almost like an Olympic swimmer Lol. Anyway keep it up, can’t wait to see you on the front cover of men’s sports illustrated one day sir 💯 💯

Lol yeah that's usually always the case. I mean I lost weight just cutting out added sugar (basically means all sweets) and a bit of intermittent fasting. I kept eating pretty much whatever I wanted (cut back on the rice/bread but not a crazy amount) and I lost weight just fine. I'm sure I would've lost weight faster completely cutting out carbs but I like em too much.

I needed this... just got my bloodwork results and i was told I'm a walking heart attack 😳 at just 40... all my numbers were nearly double the normal results. Cholesterol, Sugar, and Triglycerides were all in dangerous ranges so i have to CHANGE NOW and I WILL and Action gave me huge inspiration to do it!

Always been a fan of action music & tv but I even said a few years ago to a buddy that he was so big for his height that eventually he would need to slow down & get in shape... and he did!! Action is looking great and I’m happy for him i mean who doesn’t love great food and fun but it’s nice to see him living a full healthy life & looking good . I like to keep different curry spices and pastes on hand because they add lots of flavor with next to no calories if any, and are also highly medicinal . Fenugreek for your T level, tumeric and ginger for inflamation ...all kind of great stuff.
Nah once he gets to a manageable weight he will be able to indulge, but it will be like a cheat day. At this point you have to shock the body to achieve the gains you want. All that sugar intake really fucks people up.

Action has been a person I looked up to for a while. I'm 325. Same like action I've always been big. Noticed during lockdown he was getting in shape and I thought good for him. Seeing his results has inspired me to start working on my self. Hopefully I too can drop 100+ lbs
The yolk is pretty much all fat. The white is all protein. Studies have shown that eating both the egg whites and yolk together actually gives you a higher protein yield than just eating the whites. People think the yolk is bad because its got cholesterol/fats. But your dietary cholesterol/fat intake has no effect on your how much fat/cholesterol your body produces. Just eat the whole egg, its a lot tastier and you're missing out on a lot of nutrients if you discard the yolk.

I like to keep different curry spices and pastes on hand because they add lots of flavor with next to no calories if any, and are also highly medicinal . Fenugreek for your T level, tumeric and ginger for inflamation ...all kind of great stuff.

Nah once he gets to a manageable weight he will be able to indulge, but it will be like a cheat day. At this point you have to shock the body to achieve the gains you want. All that sugar intake really fucks people up.

Im doing a similar diet and have dropped from 296 to 223. Those high nutrition low cal soups are key. Also cutting the processed stuff.

Action has been a person I looked up to for a while. I'm 325. Same like action I've always been big. Noticed during lockdown he was getting in shape and I thought good for him. Seeing his results has inspired me to start working on my self. Hopefully I too can drop 100+ lbs

The yolk is pretty much all fat. The white is all protein. Studies have shown that eating both the egg whites and yolk together actually gives you a higher protein yield than just eating the whites.
People think the yolk is bad because its got cholesterol/fats. But your dietary cholesterol/fat intake has no effect on your how much fat/cholesterol your body produces.
Just eat the whole egg, its a lot tastier and you're missing out on a lot of nutrients if you discard the yolk.
