It kinda worked for me. I was skeptical at first but tried it anyway, and it actually downloaded the app I wanted. The app opened and was loading but then crashed and said something went wrong. Regardless, it still technically worked :) thanks for sharing!

i know how to fix that problem so what you do first is when you dowload that file from the website go to settings got to files and press the file that you downloaded on the website and it will ask you to disabble something to allow it to run so go to security and you will see unknown sources press that and press okay and go back to the file press it it will work sucsess full hope this works and you understand me!
Download apk editor pro go to downloads press the app and press common edit then wait for it to automatically trace the app then say save then you can install it its very simple and easy

You need apk editor pro then select select apk file and click full decompile then go to manifest search for sdk you will found something like change the both values to 18 then click build and done!
