What I find incredible about James is his form when pulling or pushing big weights !! When he did the session with jacked Jackson! Jackson pushed the weight but with using everything to match James ! James was doing it with such correct form he was only working the intended body part !! Would love to see if James could do strongman !

You know someone is a serious elite lifter when they train in shirts. Von moger does it. Kr9s gethin does it. Its like your the apex so you have to look formal
i think they're just about the same. you're pulling along the same plane. pull downs, however, give you the chance to choose the weight you're pulling so you can really hone in on what you're body needs (especially if your weight changes a lot like it does for these guys) my thoughts anyway

Question: i noticed many pros dont do the pullups as much as they do the pulldowns.....isnt it a much superior exercise for back dev.?
