Hi, there are some airlines out there that offer scholarship programs but they are very competitive. The common one is the cadet program by Indigo. It is best to find scholarships from your country or region. The majority of the programs I cover often require the right to live or work in the US, the UK, or EU. There are few that are open to international students and they can be highly competitive also.
When it comes to letter of recommendation, please be specific about it. Is it letter of recommendation from my high school or from the university or even from an organisation/club?
It depends on the organization. Some will require a letter of recommendation from a friend and some places will require a recommendation from a professional you have worked with in the past like an instructor or professor.

Hi, have you considered taking a loan for training. Getting these scholarships as an international student is possible but they are very competitive and planning on that can be unrealistic.

Yes you can but you will have to do a conversion first.
