One day I will make this quilt. Right now I'm working on your Palm Springs quilt, sewing all the blocks together. I didn't use the solids, but I actually used a combo of your other fabrics. It's scrappy for sure. Thanks for your amazing designs and fabric collections!

I have a question. On page 1, we are told to cut two 8 3/4” x WOF strips and from the two strips we are told to cut 8 trapezoids. I can only get 3 trapezoids from my 42” WOF, and that’s turning the template.
Me too! I had exactly the same problem, hope I have enough fabric left!

She said they had a few kits left so just check their website. I wish you luck. I love these quilts but don’t quite think I’m ready for this one. Maybe try one star but no a full quilt.

I only get 3 trapezoids not 4 from each 8 3/4” x WOF and that’s turning the pattern up and down. My WOF is 42”. How do I get 4 trapezoids? Thank you.

question- I always always starch my fabrics befor cutting, I noticed you said not to starch, why? and are you saying I shouldn't starch really?

Unfortunately, I felt the same way. Even to do it cheaper by buying only templates instead of precuts is extremely expensive. It is such a beautiful quilt, but I won't be making it.
The price isn’t bad if you consider the amount of fabric you are getting and the pattern. I would love to do it but I know I’m not ready for something like this yet. Maybe in a year. I’ll start with one star and work up to 80. Lol. You could always try pulling fabrics from your stash. They don’t have to match hers.
