Love the 'welding' technique! I agree with the heater inlet diagnosis, I had to seal mine. However my water ingress was the body/bulkhead seam just to the left of the heater inlet. The caulking had cracked and was letting water in behind the heater motor. I could only see it by removing the bonnet and lying on top of the engine.
I found my carpet wet it was the air conditioning outlet blocked . I climbed under the Land Rover 1995 Discovery and saw the rubber ends needed cleaning . I sprayed some silicon spray to keep moisten and supple . All good no more wet carpet👍👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺🍺
Thank you for that content. I have the exact same problem since I changed engine and windscreen 1y ago. My seal looks ecven worse than this one. And I was sure the problem is the sunroof. How long would I have spent looking for the cause of the problem? 🤔 bravo, your channel is a big help for me.
