Holy hell Bro, those prices are absolutely craaaaaaaazy. You didn't miss anything. It was kinda hard to see all the prices, but what I did see where 20% above high retail. I saw Woodford DO for $75. What???? That's $62 at Safeway when it's NOT on sale. That Doc Swinson's should be $33, not $45. I didn't catch what you paid for the Stagg, but it's findable. I got a 23C at a crappy little market down the street from my house. Paid $100. Also in Western WA.
Be digging the Woodford Double Oak, Eagle Rare is always great, like the Redbreast a lot, FRANK AUGUST! IMO an always buy, Stagg also an always buy, though I might have gone with the Elmer T Lee. Good stuff, good luck hunting!
Right on! I would hit up the Ballard liquor and wine, west Seattle liquor and wine, SeaTac liquor and wine, and burien liquor and wine. Uncle Ike bottle shop is pretty decent.. and of course I love the interbay total wine. There are a couple others but I haven’t been to them, like downtown spirits.. if you want an awesome experience I would go to Westland distillery or copper works distillery. 🥃’s and happy hunting!
In general, you're going to pay 'too much' for most Bourbons there. So you might as well grab something rare or hard to find. I'd have snapped up that Old Bardstown though. Hard to find in WA and delicious.
@@WashingtonWhiskey you mentioned you liked a bottle that was finished in Caribbean rum casks. Angels Envy makes a rye finished in Caribbean rum casks, it’s dessert in a bottle! It’s as if you took a Mother’s spiced ginger cookie and drizzled it in Maple syrup, Great dessert whiskey
I’m in Ohio and don’t sleep on the old pepper either bourbon or rye. Saw your video with bakers so I thought I’d sub I do like speyside scotch really can’t do peated just not my jam. Enjoy!!

Peerless Rye is a flavor bomb, also if you see a Tin Cup 10 year (black label) you might really like, full flavored at only 84 proof
