Something I love that modern music is getting into is the mixing of genres in songs, we're getting to the point were artists aren't limited to what people expect when they go into a song. Like in just this one song we get Idol music with rap segments and choir lyrics in the background makes for such a fun listening experience.

@@DefiantWithStyle it's not as depressing as people seem to be making it out to be. it's just the encapsulation of the character of Ai and sung from her perspective of trying to be the perfect idol, even if it means telling fans "i love you" even when it's a lie and while also wanting to genuinely wanting to know what love is and to give/be loved. it highlights the truth that singers/actors/idols/etc are there to be entertainers but have their own personal lives that people feel entitled to or treat trivially
